Great people working there. We took our 11 month old to get his very first haircut and they did such a great job getting it done!
My only suggestion would be to somehow have a system that distinguishes customers with appointments from walk-ins. Not sure if this is already allowed, but I would also like if you could choose the person you’d like to get your hair cut by as a walk-in.
I didn’t like my haircut here at all. I asked for a straight line , simple trim for the back of my hair and a little step for my front hair. The hair stylist used a scissor and cut the back of my hair. When she was showing me the result, I asked her if she can use a thinning scissor to make it look more natural and blended. She wasn’t doing basic steps any hair stylist does, unless I was asking her to do so.
I went to get a haircut today and was unfortunate enough to sit at Stella's station. I'm not sure if she didn't understand but I wear my hair long. I showed her 3 pictures of the cut I wanted. She maybe needed to remove about 2 inches at most... I left with a completely different haircut than what I wanted. She knew I was furious, but I still paid her for the service.
If you're looking to get a men's scissor cut, choose a different stylist other than Stella. I left extremely disappointed.

Now women $30. I want to get rid of 2 inches of my bad split ends hair, but I felt i lost 4 more inches of my hair.
Excellent service, and were able to accommodate my 3yr old and 6yr old kids.
Jess is so friendly, remembers everyone. Anne is awesome! She cuts my hair and I always leave happy! I love how much attention she pays to individual hairs and my cowlick. She trims my eyebrows too. Jess and Anne run a tight ship that I'm more than happy to board. Even when there are a few people ahead of me. Well worth the 15 dollars to come back and leave with a smile ????
