I definitely love the gals at Gina's (and of course Sean- husband/co-owner). Yes, just like any nail salon with english being second language to some here.. Just be clear with what you are asking or needing. Don't be afraid to ask Sean, Gina, or the younger gal who does nails to clarify. A lot of times they will repeat what they believe you said and are 90% correct. My only complaint and its not their fault - is wearing a mask inside and when its cold, the smell of acrylic with very little air flow - gives me a huge headache. Other than that always a good experience and I love to banter with everyone here.
Won’t be returning here for any services. Gina was rude to my mom because her pedicure water got to cold and she politely asked for more hot water. Gina replied to me with “should I get boiling water from the stove”.
I want to Thank Lynn for doing such a beautiful job on my nails! They are perfect! I will be going back!
I'm revising my review from what I left last time, which I am leaving below. So...3 days after I was at Gina's, while I was on a vacation in Hawaii, I had to go to an urgent care clinic because I got a big toe infection from Gina's salon! I called her after the fact to let her know and she could have cared less. No I'm so sorry that happened, nothing! I asked her if they were going to start using liners and she told me no that they tried that and it didn't make a difference. Well, before I went here I only went to a place with liners and I never had a problem. Her parting comments to me were, "You should go somewhere with liners then." Not even a please come back and try us again, just go somewhere else. Wow! I guess she really doesn't want to stay in business or have happy customers. I had told many people to go there and now I can no longer recommend her nail salon, not only because I got a toe infection, but because she clearly doesn't care. Sad, very sad.
What a great place! Upon arrival I was warmly greeted and asked which services I would like. I was asked to pick some polish and when I was having trouble deciding Lynn brought me some extra choices and I found a perfect color for my toes. (I'd already found the perfect shade for my fingers) I sat in the chair and then Hai started on my manicure while Lynn started my pedicure. Wow! They both did great but Lynn is a miracle worker! She made my toes look great and they feel great as well. I have been looking for a new place and now I found it!
Gina, Sean and Lynn and the rest of the Staff are very friendly. Great service, great work and feels like a family there ☺️
Great service and pretty nails
Literally find anywhere else to go. I made an appointment for 2 pm. Waited 15 minutes for a technician who then asked me to wait or come back in 30 more minutes. That's so unacceptable and just bad business. Specially since I had a previously scheduled and confirmed appointment. Don't waste people's time. Salon was not clean on top of that. I will not be back.
Gina's Nails is the best! Friendly staff and clean salon!
