Quick Facts About Lucky Nails
Lucky Nails has several strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. In order to meet the minimum word count requirement, let's start by discussing the strengths of the salon.
One strength of Lucky Nails is their prompt and immediate seating for walk-in customers. This is highlighted in one of the comments where the customer mentioned being seated immediately after calling. This quick service can be attractive for customers who are in a hurry and don't want to wait for an appointment.
Another strength is the initial greeting from the male attendant mentioned in one of the comments. The fact that he promptly acknowledged the customer upon entering the salon shows good customer service and attentiveness. Greetings like these can make customers feel welcome and valued.
The daughter who painted one customer's nails was also mentioned as being friendly and kind. This demonstrates that there are employees within Lucky Nails who have good customer service skills and make an effort to create a positive experience for their clients. This particular employee was the only one to receive a tip from the unhappy customer, showcasing the impact of good customer service on customer satisfaction.
Now, let's discuss the weaknesses and areas for improvement for Lucky Nails.
One major weakness highlighted by multiple comments is the poor quality of the nail services provided. Several customers mentioned issues such as chipped polish, broken or cracked nails within a short period of time, and an overall low-quality manicure and pedicure. This indicates a lack of attention to detail and skill in executing nail services. The salon should prioritize improving the quality of their work to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Customer service is also a weakness for Lucky Nails. Many customers mentioned unfriendly or unpleasant attitudes from the staff, particularly from the older women who performed the pedicures. This negative behavior can greatly affect the overall experience of customers and discourage them from returning or recommending the salon to others. The staff should be trained to provide friendly and welcoming service to enhance the customer experience.
Another weakness highlighted in the comments is the cleanliness of the salon. One customer mentioned that the place was filthy, which is concerning as cleanliness is a fundamental requirement for any salon. A clean and hygienic environment is crucial for the well-being and safety of customers. Lucky Nails should prioritize improving their cleanliness standards to ensure a pleasant and sanitary experience for customers.
Price transparency is also an issue for Lucky Nails. Several customers mentioned discrepancies in pricing, with the salon charging more than what was stated on the price list. This lack of transparency can create distrust and frustration among customers. The salon should ensure that their pricing is consistent and clearly communicated to avoid any misunderstandings or conflicts.
In conclusion, Lucky Nails has some strengths such as immediate seating for walk-in customers and initial friendly greetings. However, there are several weaknesses that need to be addressed, including poor quality nail services, unfriendly customer service, cleanliness issues, and pricing discrepancies. By addressing these areas for improvement, Lucky Nails can work towards providing a better overall experience for their customers.

If I could give a zero.. I WOULD!!! My first time going to lucky nails and will be my LAST! Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. My toes and my nails turned out horrible! The energy was unpleasant nobody was friendly or nice EXCEPT for the daughter that painted my nails and she was the only one to get a tip simply for her kindness! I would’ve asked them to redo them but at this point there’s NOTHING more I want them to do for me! It’s my freaking birthday and my nails are HORRID! Currently on my way to another salon to get them fixed! I got acrylic on my two toes and look at them!
THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER TO GO THEY ARE TO HIGH! I got charged for a full price pedicure and all they did was do a color change! Within 5 minutes my gel polish chipped off I HIGHLY AND STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
Upon entering the business, the male attendant greeted me as soon as I entered the salon. Which was commendable. The older women who proceeded to do my pedicure was not friendly at all. She began by getting my feet into the water, and walked away and did not return for about 8 minutes with no explanation. The wife was more pleasant. I got gel over my nails with a French manicure look. The nails looked good upon leaving the store on a Wednesday. However, four days later on Saturday three of my nails had broken. The work done at the shop was very poor quality and I paid over $80 with generous tips. A week from the day that I had my nails done a total of FIVE nails had broken or had cracks. I opted to not go back to the business for repair because of the poor quality of service rendered, I ended up going to a salon in St. George. The attendant looked at my nails and apologize for the poor quality of service. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for a high quality professional manicure and pedicure. Save your hard earned money and mental frustration,
Already popped off didn’t even have them for a week. The women has the worst attitude ever. She didn’t care or didn’t take her time. She put my hand to the heater and let them burn until I had to ask why is my hand burning then she puts it on the fan and still don’t say a word. WORST PLACE DONT RECOMMENDED
This place was worse than letting a 5 year old child play with your nails. They can't do pedicures, they're not organized when it comes to their customers... I couldn't even finish and should've just walked out without paying!!!! They were awful
Why do they even have the prices on the wall... They charge you whatever they want, and when you ask one the price they begin speaking in their language to negotiate it, as if they don't know their prices! The wife needs to go back and brush up on some nail tech courses. Willie always takes the chair remote (during a pedicure) from customers like they're children...... Sirrrrrr like are you afraid of them being broken, baby the chairs are ancient calm down. We're paying for good quality, great services, and the peacefulness of the experience but we're not getting it!
Got a pedicure today. It took less than 20 minutes polish and all. the place is filthy ! The only friendly person was the sweet girl that did my polish. The older woman didn’t even use a nail file First and last trip
When I called they said "walk in's only" no appointments and luckily I was seated immediately which was nice. Went in for a fill as my normal nail tech was out on maternity leave, she knicked my fingers a couple times, the shape wasn't smooth so I went home and filed it some more, and the nail polish was laid on messy (I corrected most at home) with a thin layer. Not the worst but by far the best.
