Quick Facts About T Happy Nails

T Happy Nails salon has both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided.
Starting with the strengths, some customers mentioned that the workers were friendly and the service was fast. One customer specifically mentioned that Leap did a good job on their nails and they were impressed. This indicates that there are at least some skilled and competent staff members at the salon who can provide satisfactory service to customers.
In addition, one customer mentioned that the work did not come out bad overall, despite issues with tool sanitation and the use of non-typical tools during a pedicure. This suggests that the quality of the actual nail work is acceptable, even if there are some lapses in other areas of the salon's operations.
Moving on to the weaknesses, many customers expressed dissatisfaction with the overall experience at T Happy Nails. One common complaint was the pushiness and attempts to upsell customers on services or products they did not want. Multiple customers mentioned feeling pressured to get a gel pedicure or additional services, even after clearly stating their preferences. This indicates a lack of respect for customer choices and a focus on profits rather than providing a quality experience.
There were also several instances where the owner or staff members displayed a bad attitude or rude behavior towards customers. One customer mentioned that the owner was incredibly rude and patronizing, while another mentioned that the owner had a bad attitude and did a sloppy paint job on their nails. This kind of behavior can create a negative and uncomfortable atmosphere for customers, leading to a poor overall experience.
Another major concern raised by customers was the lack of proper hygiene and sanitization practices at the salon. Multiple customers mentioned that tools were not being sanitized, which is a serious issue when it comes to maintaining a safe and clean environment for customers. One customer even mentioned a deep cut caused by improper use of a mini drill machine. This indicates a failure on the salon's part to prioritize the health and safety of their customers.
There were also instances of misleading pricing and inconsistent policies. One customer mentioned that the owner quoted them one price at the door but charged a different price at the end of the service. This lack of transparency and communication regarding pricing can lead to distrust and frustration among customers. Another customer mentioned being told to wear a mask, but then observing another customer not wearing one. Inconsistencies in enforcing policies like mask-wearing can create confusion and a sense of unfairness among customers.
Additionally, some customers mentioned issues with the durability of their nails. One customer mentioned their nails breaking frequently despite taking proper care of them, while another mentioned that their nails started chipping only two days after the service. This suggests that there may be inconsistencies in the quality of the products used or in the application process, leading to unsatisfactory results for customers.
In conclusion, T Happy Nails has certain strengths in terms of friendly staff and fast service, as well as generally acceptable nail work. However, there are several weaknesses that include pushy behavior, rude attitudes, poor hygiene practices, inconsistent policies, and issues with the durability of the nail services provided. These weaknesses can greatly impact the overall customer experience and should be addressed by the salon management to improve customer satisfaction.

Best TL Reviews

I went to this nail salon through recommendations and, BOY WAS I WRONG. I should've known to wal away when he kept trying to push gel pedicure on me, when I said No literally 5x in a row, and tried to just give me color on my feet without giving me an actual pedicure which I asked for. He was too busy trying to upcharge me that he was forgetting what I was asking for. It's totally my fault for remaining in that chair but I was trying to leave for a vacation that I ignored the signs. DO NOT VISIT AT ANY COST!!! $80 down the drain within 3 hours.
I was sad not happy after paying $84 dollars for my hands and feet to start chipping two days later. Then owner refused fix properly.
This was my first time here. There was one lady sitting doing nails. I was not greeted. A man came from the back and asked what I needed. I stated a pedicure. He attempted to sit me at the first seat. I asked to move down. He stated that his station was the first seat and proceeded to ask why and what’s wrong when I stated that I wanted to move down. I informed him that I did not want to sit at the first seat because it was located near the front entrance. He did not have a mask on when he approached me. I did not mind. He grabbed one once he met me at the front desk. The lady working did have one. Her client did not. Once I was seated he asked if I had a mask. I stated that I did not. He became quiet. I asked if he had them for sell. He stated no but the woman said yes. I asked how much. She said 2 dollars (disposal but whatever they can charge whatever they like). I informed them that I did not have cash and if it could be added to my bill. He stated yes. I inquired if everyone needed to wear masks because the other client did not have one on. I did not mind wearing a mask and had the intentions on buying one upon entering. I just do not like that I was informed to wear one but the other customer was not. The woman stated that everyone has to wear one. I was then informed that I needed one because there was no protective barrier between the worker and myself but there was one in front of the other client. I stated that I wish they had informed me before hand. I just believe that management needs to be careful when handling situations and monitoring their own behavior, words, and attitudes.
Side note. Tools were not being sanitized, there was no hot towel given towards the end, and not all typical tools were used for my pedicure. All in all, the work did not come out bad.
First time and last time I will go into this Salon. The owner is Incredibly rude and patronizing. He kept aggressively asking me if I was sure about what I wanted. After the 10th time, I asked him to stop. He quoted me one price at the door and charged another once I was done. He citing that his posted prices were not updated. He rushed through my pedicure, which he charges $40 for a regular pedi with or without polish. He seemed very disorganized. Terrible experience. I don’t appreciate businesses exploiting the black dollar just because they feel like they can. Shame on this business.
The owner had a bad attitude he did a sloppy paint job like a child did it and had to plead with him to fix my nails. He kept telling me it's not bad, I'm difficult, nothing he can do, he didn't have time, I'll give you a discount, I'll fix it the next time. On top of that I kept stating I wanted my brows done only to be told after he was done my nails that I had to wait another half hr. Then I swear he ripped me off $20
Workers were friendly & service was fast! Leap did my nails and im impressed
I want to start by saying I don’t write reviews, but this is by far the worst nail shop on Wadsworth ave! I soaked my feet for like 30 mins for someone to do my pedi. The man is rough he grips your feet. He cut me trying to shape my nail, not a regular cut but a deep one. Using the mini drill like machine and my toes was literally burning. If you guys can see my feet right now …it looks like someone slapped paint and sent me off. Do not go here!
My nails keep breaking and I always protect them I just got them fixed yesterday and this is NOT he first time this has happened. I’m lucky to get the house chores done without breaking my acrylics . I love this salon but I don’t know what’s going on lately .
