Myself and a friend went to this business looking for wigs, and got a rude awakening. a worker was very very rude. And need lesson in customer service. followed me in the store saying there's a limit of 5 wigs to try, told her I'm aware and that I only tried 3. Used very poor choice of words when I told her I had a stocking cap. Jump in me and my friend conversation when she suggested I try on a curtain wig is if I couldn't pay for it. Discussed with her unprofessionalism we felt it would be best to leave and never return. one star is to good considering the way I was treated. And if it wasn't for my training I would have went straight off and did some damage. That day was her lucky day!!!

I had to get a wig for my grandmother to be buried in. It was an overwhelming task to say the least. The woman who helped me was so patient with my indecisiveness, and she was also knowledgeable and helpful. Once I got to the register, I was nearly brought to tears by the kindness I was shown at checkout. Overall great experience during a very hard time for me.

I usually have a wonderful experience here. The store is always clean and the staff is always fun and professional. However, today the owner had the nerves to question a relative and I about our religious beliefs.

Please keep in mind to do so and involve others is rude and unprofessional. Your customers won't and don't have to believe as you do. I don't think we'll be going back.
