I’ve been going here for almost a year now. And they always nicely groom and bathe my Himalayan kitty. She is also used to water and gets a nice bath and she always smells great afterwards! I definitely recommend this place for your fur babies especially kitties! I can tell they care for the animals there and take their time when grooming. Love my kitty in the teddy bear cut!
This place is absolutely wonderful, my two Golden's always come out looking fresh and handsome, more so than other groomers I've worked with. With so much hair Golden's can take a while, but they come out looking so good. Even more important and impressive is that they actually seem at ease and happy when I pick them up!
This is big for me because all of the times I've taken them to PetSmart or other groomers they come out visibly ready to get out, shaking, huddling close to me, clearly nervous and full of anxiety. Yet at scruff to fluff they'll happily run around and actually leave me to go back to the employees for pets and they seem noticably more happy and at ease; not a hint of fear or anxiety. I've always believed that dogs have a good sense of character and I feel like if they love them and can show that trust and ease, so can I. Having a 13yo pup, this is one of the biggest pluses, his comfort is top priority.
On top of this, they've always been easy to contact and work with, not to mention great pricing and customer service. They have a window to view them as they work and they take clear care of every pet, you can see that they love your pup as their own while in their care. I would highly recommend you give them a try if they're accepting new appointments, for as long as they accept my boys, they'll have life long customers. 10/10 would recommend again and again. Chase (Boxer) has been coming here since he was a pup and he loves it each and every time. The staff is amazing and seem to know a lot about their craft and truly cares about the animals they care for!
Ashley and her assistant did a wonderful job with our cat Duke. They loved this big teddy bear and he loved them. He pranced around the house when he got home and was so happy to be clean. He was completely dry and looked and smelled amazing! Highly recommend!
i’ve been hesitant about getting milo groomed since i normally bathe him myself and he is an anxious pup but everyone at scruff to fluff did so well with him!! we were told he didn’t seem anxious and they worked around when he got nervous by the drier. i’m so happy with how he turned out and how it went!! couldnt ask for anything better and we found our forever groomer! ???? i cant wait to post him looking all fresh and clean on his insta @milothefoxhound ????

I am absolutely blown away by our experience with Scruff to Fluff. My 12 year old cockapoo, Diego, has not had a cut since our wedding in April, and we recently found it he has cognitive dysfunction and would need an experienced groomer. Scruff to Fluff came HIGHLY recommended by Bush Neurology, and I'm so glad we made the decision to come here.
The blue bow tie was a total tear jerker. He wore one at our wedding.
