I’ve been going to this place for a few weeks now and I’ve realized a gradual increase in prices of acrylic nails. I went from paying around $60 (for a complete full set) to $95 for fill in French tips the last time I had a service. I called to discuss the matter respectfully after it dawned on me that was absurd. The person on the phone basically told me that a white tip can be up to $25 extra and that’s fine but does that mean a fill-in $70? That’s NUTS! I had no special designs and my nails weren’t super outrageously long. The man on the phone made me feel as if he thought I was lying and when I offered to turn around and come back the same day so he could see my nails (due to me feeling I was overcharged) he didn’t have a reply. I even stated that I was a faithful customer and I’ve been a lot of other places including there and never paid that much for a fill in or full set without crazy designs. The man on the phone told me if I could find somewhere cheaper I should go there! NO RESOLVE, NO CARE WHATSOEVER!! I spent money there faithfully every two weeks as a treat to myself and I’m always respectful and kind I DID NOT DESERVE THIS! I don’t know if it was a racial thing or not but I FELT VERY TARGETED! They didn’t even tell me the price until I was at the register and because I’m used to getting pedicure and full sets I had a robotic response to just pay the bill not taking into account I didn’t not receive a pedicure this time! I’m just shocked at the response it was so unprofessional and it made me feel I was wrong for calling and asking about it when I am the customer. Shameful service and a bad attitude from everyone involved!
Rude don’t want to speak when arriving ,nail techs will skip over you based on how they feel about you ,if you are waiting sometimes they won’t service you instead attend to certain customers,sent 2 of my friends here and both stop coming due them being rude,
Long wait for horrible service. Pedicurist rude and disrespectful. Me and my daughter both left with smudged nails that they refused to fix and were charged $10 more than was listed in the pricing list with no explanation given as to why. And then they rushed us out before our nails were even dry. Definitely will never come back here. I have been getting my nails done for a long time and never had such a bad experience.
I’ve been going here since they have been around and I usually have no complaints but this last time I was in there makes me not want to return. My pedicure was rushed and the paint is all over the place and half my nails are not painted all the way my three old niece could have done a better job. I still have a hang nail and it hurts. The lady that did my pedicure over charged me, of course because I didn’t want to have the more expensive one done. Then she waxed my eyebrows, she messed up my arch and I am broke out now from the stick she reused on the lady after me. I am disappointed in this salon. Like I said I usually have great service, not this time.
They really need to fire the guy that sits to the left when you walk in. He is mean to all the black girls and he purposely cut me after I told him to be careful. The owner has had several complaints and yet still does nothing. It’s very sad because I love all races but it’s clear the feeling is not mutual
Never really had any problems, until here lately the guy who sits at table number 9 is rude , and when he does my nails my polish always chips off , today he burned me with the drill and didn't even say sorry ,,, very rude looking for another place to go
. My nails were rushed and no service was done that required me to pay over $50 bucks. I would have paid anything to just leave. I’m scared I caught something from the lack of sanitation.My pedicure lasted no more than 10-15 minutes. My cuticles wasn’t cut properly or pushed back. No dead skin feel off my feet, they are still tough as when I went in. I though for a second that the scrub sponge was a wilted bar of soap.The hot stones weren’t hot and I also believe they weren’t sanitized due to where they were located. Not to mention I didn’t want hot stones but she gave me the package she wanted me to have. I felt hustled by the old lady, completely rushed me to choose a package from the book and then choose to do differently than what I ask and it cost more I believe .wth is the hot stone massage exactly bc I literally only got it for one minute(no exaggeration) I didn’t even want it even after she did it, it was so unsanitary., I just needed to leave, to regain my peace from the experience. Not to mention the racist vibes and rude customer service . The prices seem low because they will give you what you don’t want and mess it up. no way could people not see this place is a hustle. My manicure was rushed also, my paint job is everywhere. I forgot to mention my toes and finger nails were not shaped or decently manicured. They charged me the same price any “nice” place would charge and did not complete any service in full regards or do a nice job on the finish product
Will Neva come here again and didn’t get wat I asked for and had a had time I would’ve went there wit them omm
