Yesterday I came in to get my eyebrows done and once there I decided to do a henna tattoo. She told me it would take 15 mins I even asked her if it would be that fast, she said yes. Unfortunately, the henna tattoo came out uneven, didn’t look like the picture, and she rush through it because she was the only one there and people started coming in. The tattoo looks like someone inexperienced did it. Doesn’t look good at all. Please see pictures below!
Lines uneven, design incorrectly done, and overall not good work.
Just got my eyebrows done and I am not happy. I wouldn’t ever recommend this place for anything. The woman that did my eyebrows destroyed them. She left me with extremely thin and uneven eyebrows. I already had thin eyebrows and explained I don’t want them thinned out at all and what did she do, she thinned them out even more. I am so disappointed because it takes so long for them to grow back. After she was done, I told her she made one of my eyebrows so much thinner than the other, and she blamed my eyebrows being I ever in the first place. On top of that, she was really rough and it was painful. I’ve never experienced that much pain while getting my eyebrows threaded and I’ve been getting them threaded for years. Never again. She provided an awful outcome and I’m never getting my eyebrows threaded ever again. Other than the outcome of her terrible service, she was, in my opinion, inappropriate while servicing me. She picked up her phone and held it on her shoulder to talk to someone. While she was chatting in a different language, she clearly spoke about world war 1 and world war 2, along with the president and clearly used the term customer (yes I’m white) many times. I was the only customer in the shop at the time. I felt so uncomfortable and she did not care about my obvious discomfort.

I love this place! I have been coming here since she opened I think its been 5 years now. She is the only person I trust with my eyebrows she does such an amazing job and her shop is so clean.
Amazing service I come in every two weeks, falguni is amazing and seriously knows her brows ???? the wait may be 15-45 mins but I can promise you it is worth it.

Now that she has open again after this pandemic she is doing everything to protect her customers, by checking temperature , cleaning and sanitizing everything after every customer she sees , she has her seats 6feet apart and she has her customers wait In Car when she gets busy. I feel safe when I go in there.
