I've been to this location for bloodwork three times. I schedule online. All runs smooth each time. On day of appt, I receive a text, I text them when I arrive, they text me when ready for me. The nurses are upbeat, engaging, and kind. I'm in and out quickly. I schedule appts early in the day.
Some people on here are upset because they don’t understand how the lab diagnostic system works. I can tell you as a healthcare employee that this Quest location was as nice as can be. My appointment was at 3 and they took me instantly with no wait at 2:25. Awesome!
Fay helped me and was so nice. It was my first time at this location, or any California location since I moved from Colorado. She helped me find all three of my labs which were important as I need all three of these labs regularly due to my health condition. She was kind, polite, professional and a great phlebotomist! I will be coming back for my next set of labs in 3 months! Thank you Fay!
The worst place to get your lab done
I had an appointment at 12 they did not do my lab till 3 PM. There is no customer service. If I was you I would think 3 times before I go there they don't even care if you have a child and you trying to leave. like, do better.!! Why do you require an appointment and don't follow the schedule!! This place is the worst I never wrote a review but they got only nerve
Make sure you make an appointment. When I was there today 19 people were waiting in case someone didn't show. They were told at least two+ hour wait. I had appointment and was brought right in. Don't waste your time unless you have an appointment.

.the nurse Laura was rude she had me call my insurance I wrote down it showed her and she made sure I hung up then said with the most joy!!! No I need the numbers I had to wait a hour with appt and I checked in 10 mins before I have cancer Laura you're full of disrespect and games Freddy Flintstone or Daffy duck would be a better lobotamist than you you should quit Laura the public and elderly and sick do not need you... I made an appointment a week before Tuesday sep 27th for Mom and father.
They drove all the way to the lab 15 minutes prior to the appointment as all appointments. The staff rudely told my father that there was no appointment for them.
Asked her to double check and told her that my parents were with me when I made the appointment, still insisted that there was no appointment under their names.
Will never have business with this place.
What is the point of making an online appointment when you will wait 30 minutes, become a friend of one of them employee and they will get you in. Yes, that's how it works at this lab. Very disappointed of the service and the waiting time, will escalate to the HQ.
