I took my 1.5 year old son here for his second hair cut and the stylist had no idea what she was doing. My son did great for his first haircut at the downtown hair lounge because the stylist made him feel comfortable by talking to him and letting me play a video for him. Big league haircuts didn’t have booster seats for my son to sit in so I had to hold him. The stylist here asked me what to use on his hair (scissors or clippers) even though I’m not the professional. She proceeded to spray water on my sons hair but it got all over his face which really upset him and then told she me to hold him still. Instead of letting me try to comfort him she started cutting his hair and butchered it. I will never go back! It’s obvious this stylist has never cut a kids hair before and should’ve told me she wasn’t comfortable doing it.
I enjoy going to get my hair cut here. Great staff and great service!

I've been getting my haircut here for about 10 years, they always do a good job.
Natalie was amazing! My two year old does not sit still and has been terrified of hair cuts. She took the time to talk to him, turned on a show for him and when that didn’t work she let him play with the trucks and cut his hair while he played. I have never seen someone work with a kid like she did!
For a "business" that doesn't accept appointments, I'd like to know why a steady stream of people marched in and received what myself and others were very patiently waiting for? Poorly managed facility that will ruin your day, go to a real barber.
