We went in around 5:30pm to get a full set and a manicure for my mom. We were greeted by a male asking what service we would like and we told him what we wanted only to be told they are booked for the day. What was the point of asking what would we like if you’re booked up for the day? Wanted to support a business that my mom and brother frequent but I should’ve listened to the reviews I came across. So glad they will not be back.
This used to be my neighborhood nail salon that I went to for over 6 years seeing Vee & Vicky routinely as of late the Male manager who works in the front is unprofessional & rude. He had me sit my feet in Luke warm water for 45 minutes before a worker began my service, I had to leave to go to work the service took so long ! I didnt even get the chance to get gel on my toes I needed to come back. When I called to come back the male owner instructed me “they were done working for the day.” After online hours stated they didn’t close until 7:30. I called around 6:45. Still trying to support a business I used to love I walk in this time to get my eyebrows done & one nail removal that was hurting extremely bad. I walk in to see the open sign closed at 6:45 & of course the rude male manager telling me they were done & it’s nothing they can do for me after the door says 7:30 closing & online hours. This place has gone downhill with his attitude but I’ve already found a new salon home as I finish typing this.
I left with so much mess around my nails and all they could do was tell me to wash my nails. I washed my hands 3 times and it still wouldn’t come off my nails. She didn’t even have me wash my hands at any point.
This used to be my go-to place for nails and brows but this latest time might have me take my business elsewhere. I have a lot of lifting on all of my nails just one week after getting a fresh new set at Tips n Toes. This morning, an entire nail just came off during my shower: no pain, no budging, it just popped off. I don't work and I shower once or twice a day, so it's not like I'm doing anything strenuous or otherwise that would compromise the nails. I know the post Covid, mega inflation era has businesses doing strange things for coins, but this is unacceptable. My nails usually last 2-3 weeks easy.
I was refereed to Vicki by a friend. This was the first time that I experienced leg mask treatment, and I was pleased with the service that I received. Plenty of parking and easy access from the main road. I will visit again.
I’ve been here twice…my daughter loves getting her nails done. The lady that does my daughter’s nails is so sweet and does a wonderful job. I get the gel polish for both my daughter and I…we also had the mask pedicure which was nice.
My only concern is that the price…it was $189 plus I tipped $10. The nail art was a $5 per nail up charge…my daughter got 4…some little black dots with glitter polish. An extra $5 to remove the gel polish off my toes..that I had done there a couple months prior.
The salon overall is one of the nicest ones I’ve ever been to in the area…clean, no strong chemical smells, I feel relaxed when I am there.
Again, the price will have me there less often…maybe once a year for my daughter’s birthday, if that.
Or, I may be start doing our spa day at home. Sometimes you can charge people way too much, and end up with less…the quality of the service alone if the prices were reasonable would guarantee you consistency repeat customers and you gain so much more.
I probably won’t be back, as disappointing as that may be for my daughter.

Loved this nail salon!! It was nice, clean, and staff were professional. The guy that did my manicure w/ SNS was precise and made sure my nails looked A-mazing before I left. I only got my nails done this time but I will most definitely be making this my official nail salon for my feet and nail grooming!
This is the worst service I’ve experienced with a nail salon ever!! Owner is super rude and unprofessional. I called to make an appointment on a previous occasion and no once was able to take me. I tried to call again today to make another appointment and I was informed again that no one was available. I spoke to Vicky and she was rude and seemed to have an attitude, she claimed that we had a bad connection, so I called back and spoke to the owner again. He then proceeded to confirm who he was speaking to and advised me that none of his staff wants to do my nails because I never seem to be happy which is not the case. I’ve had many issues in the past with scheduling appointments way in advance and then when I show up they don’t have my appointment scheduled. I rated them a 1 star because I had no choice. This is bad business and very unprofessional. The only reason I continued to go to this shop, was because I loved my nail tech Vee and she no longer with them.
