5. Mixed reviews: While there are positive comments, there are also negative comments about the salon. Some customers express dissatisfaction with their previous experiences, including issues with nails being messed up and bleeding. These mixed reviews suggest a lack of consistency in service quality and customer satisfaction.
Overall, while the salon has positive aspects such as new ownership, positive feedback on service, and friendly staff, there are weaknesses such as inconsistent service, lack of management, and mixed reviews. These areas need to be addressed and improved upon to ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction at STV Nails & Spa.

Bad Bad Bad
New ownership. Prices up, quality and service down. Never been one to formally complain but it was clear no one was in charge.too expensive to look the other way when it looked like a child did my nails. One girl did my pedicure one girl did my dip manicure it was obvious that they did not get along with each other as they bickered back-and-forth throughout my service. The young one would go behind the other and literally mess up my fingernails where they had to be redone the first time I didn’t point out that it was another employee that messed up my nails she thought it was me, she fixed the two that were messed up when the other employee checked for dryness/apply oil. I have basic short nails they should not have been a complicated service This happened twice my nails are not smooth or shiny. There was not anyone there to complain to since the staff are fighting amongst each other Very disappointed I paid for this. Will not return. Pictures are literally 30 min from leaving shop.
It's no longer STV it's PHB and the new ownership is AMAZING! My nails are PERFECT, and the people were super sweet! Happy for the ownership change so I can get my nails done close to home! The prices are awesome too!
Went here for the first time 12/6/22 and had a great experience. I got a basic pedicure $35 and a gel manicure $45 (I got nail artwork and two colors). They took their time and did great work. The place was a little disorganized but in a way that they were remolding/ revamping because of a change in ownership. They’re also changing their name I think it going to be ‘PTV Nails’ but not sure. My only reason for not 5 stars is they did my hands and feet at the same time which I didn’t mind but the lady doing my feet kept wanting me to put my feet in a way that kept hitting the the board that my nails were one and it was a bit uncomfortable but nothing that would keep me from coming back.
BEST PLACE in San Tan Valley...and I have tried THEM ALL. Tiffany is AMAZING. By far the best dip manicure I've had in a long time. These negative reviews I've seen have to be the OTHER STV nails by frys..this is the one in the Walmart parking lot off Gary and hunt. I will def be back every time and you should go too! Tiffany's husband next to her did amazing work on the lady next to me, ombre acrylics and the older guy did a great coffin nail on a younger girl. Try them out!
New owners - PHB. I've been 2x and very happy both times. My latest "chrome dip" and I love it! Will definitely be back.
I absolutely love the new ownership of this place I was very scared to get this design. The last time I went my nails were messed up and bleeding. but the girl who did them blew my mind!! I love them:) and everyone was so nice.
NOW CALLED PHB NAILS & SALON
There’s hope San Tan! I went in today for the first time. I was nervous because my luck finding a good nail salon in San Tan has been pretty hard. I really liked these ladies. They have a great color selection and they did a really good job. They have an actual price menu. So being charged random amounts shouldn’t happen here. I feel these ladies rather keep long standing customers then pull tricks like all the other nail salons in San Tan and Queen Creek. Pricing is what it is. Inflation is up and that means cost of business is up. If you really think you are going to get a mani & pedi for $30 in 2022 you should buy a home kit.
