Thought I had found a hidden gem until one day I sat with the owner who did my nails. She was very rude tossing my hands back and forth, apparently her super long nails were affecting the way she did her job. The following time I went & my daughter didn’t want to do her nails with her after my fiasco. I very nicely told her to please sit her with the other lady which always had done them since she feels comfortable with her. Her response was well she won’t be able to do her nails then. Then they started whispering and calling each other to the back. Never went again!
The owner thinks she’s all that, some advice buy some bigger shoes bc those don’t fit and your attitude will leave you with no solid customers.
Desorganización en este local no respetan el tiempo de los demás, hice una cita a las 4pm y cuando llego la chica con la que hice la cita tenía una sentada y otra esperando y la chica salía a ls 6, las encargadas con su cara muy lavada me dicen toca esperar! Pero esperar que si no daba tiempo que me atendieran…así que si valoran su tiempo como todo el mundo no hagan cita aquí
All I can say is what a disappointment. Was given an appointment for 4:30 7/9 it was 5:20pm and no hair stylist on sight. Got up and left . Went to Magic Scissors near the Publix by I75 and by 5:45 I was out and satisfied with my blower.
If you are shorthanded please be considerate with your customer and don’t have them go to sit almost an hour and not have someone to take care of you.

I was going there for years and just had to change! Last time that I had to go back for the 4th time to fix my gel nails that kept peeling and popping off. They actually challenged me when I said I got porcelain. Paid (receipt showed) and was repaired with porcelain (not worth the $10 btw). They look at you like if you did the poor job yourself. Quality has become non existent, most of the times the pedicure color doesn’t match the manicure. Just awful service! So happy I left and found the perfect nail lady elsewhere! No chip or peeling and it’s been 2 weeks! 3rd time with this nail lady! I don’t expect that peeling doesn’t happen from time to time but having to go back 4 times is ridiculous; and it wasn’t the first time. I don’t have that kind of time to waste! On top of that, when you make an appointment with one, they always tell you when you get there that they are all good and hand you off to someone else if the one you requested is busy. Do yourself the favor and don’t waste your time there. Everyone is new except for 2 and the owner, that says a lot too! Terrible attitude and awful work. I hate to leave bad reviews but when your rude and already inconvenienced several times, that’s something to call out! HORRIBLE! Will never go back! If I could give a negative star I would! 1 star is too much!
I made an appointment for 1:00PM with Edith which the lady who took my phone call told me to come in at that time. Once I got there at 12:55PM I saw that she was busy and waited for a while. That while turned into an hour later and finally once I was getting up to leave a petite lady with blonde hair called me to the massage chair and foiled me up with acetone to remove the gel from my hands and my feet. I sat there for another hour. It was now 3PM and finally Edith came to me that during the weekend they do not take appointments because of so many walk-ins especially on Sundays. Then why would the lady with red hair who is always there and a veteran worker there tell me to come in at 1PM, right? Bottom line the service is awful, the wait time is ridiculously long, and they charge to take off the gel if you are a first time client REGARDLESS of how long of a wait you had and miscommunication of information. The job was not an amazing job. A week in with a gel manicure and 5 nails BROKE. I have very strong nails but who knows what acetone they used. Who knows what products they use. It was a terrible finish and a terrible job. My nails have never broken the way they did and 5 nails all at once. They obviously left the acetone way too long. They are extremely unprofessional. I will never go there again nor recommend anyone . Estoy muy disatisfecha con mi manicure y pedicure. Me cortaron en el pie quitando el gel de los pies. Nora siempre era tan atenta pero las trabajadoras no son muy gentil para nada. Me danaron las unas de las manos con esa acetona. Terrible. Estoy muy triste con mi servicio. Fatal.
Excelente servicio, excelente trato, todas las chicas son muy amables.
This is the only place I trust to cut my hair. The beauticians are all wonderful but my favorites are Angela and Idania. The atmosphere here is always lit with great music playing, cafecito and all around good vibes.
