I went here yesterday to get my nails shortened and get a new color. I thought something was off went the technician told me to take my hand out of the UV lamp before the timer went off but I didn’t question him (I should have). The black gel polish never cured properly causing black streaks to appear on my new white sweater that is now stained. I returned today to talk to the manager. I explained what happened and asked for my nails to be fixed and my money back. They said they would fix my nails but not give my money back. The manager then tried to blame it on how I had my hand in the UV lamp. They’re technician messed up and the company did not hold themselves accountable. Horrible customer service. Don’t waste your time or money here.
When I went in, it was about an hour before I could go back to get a set of acrylics, but I had stayed because I heard so many good things. And let me tell you, it was well worth the wait! They cleaned up my nails, they were always so kind, and they did a beautiful job faster than I thought they would! I am so grateful I chose to go here, and I will be returning!
Absolutely wonderful! We were able to get a same day appointment and they did so wonderful. My pedicure was so relaxing and they did an amazing job. My girls did full sets and they turned out gorgeous! Will be back next week for my manicure.
Came here to get my nails done for my birthday and I LOVE the way they turned out.!! I was very particular on the style I wanted and they made sure I got what I asked for. Would highly recommend to come here !
Extremely unprofessional place after being a local client & going for an apt for 3 & payed $180 for all 3 of us and asked if my nails could be filed down a bit at end of service and front owner and wife escalated harassing me in front of all clients staying” u want me to take off then” handled extremely unprofessional and racially discriminated us. Never will be going here again, and filing complaints against their staff practices.
I came here for a fill and a pedicure. I absolutely adored both my technicians!!! They were both so talented, sweet and funny. The whole salon had an uplifting vibe. The clients and the technicians were laughing and smiling, everybody was genuinely enjoying themselves and it was so nice. The salon is clean, I did not wait very long at all… maybe 5 minutes on a Saturday which is amazing!!! The technicians took their time and really did their best work and my nails reflected that. I was so impressed, this is my new go to nail salon. I had Jenny for my nails and Vanessa for my toes. Both are so amazing!!
Reading the reviews about wait times and over booking appointments is ACCURATE!!!! I'm new to this neighborhood so I decided to try a nail salon close by our new home. I made an appointment for myself, husband and daughter. Even with an appointment we waited more than 30 minutes. When they finally got started, they serviced my daughter and husband while I waited. Eventually, they started and finished my pedicure, but then I had to wait AGAIN for a manicure. The staff kept apologizing for the wait but it's clear they need new management who is more organized. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're ok sitting and waiting even with an appointment..
I’ve been going to Happy Feet for four years now, and I refuse to go anywhere else! Grace and Kevin never fail to take care of me. I trust Grace wholeheartedly with waxing my eyes brows, which ladies, we all know how crucial that is! Highly highly recommend!
