This place was not professional whatsoever.
I had regular red nail polish on my nails and this lady did not cleaned the edges and was applying the gel on top of my red polish. After I told her there was still excess of red polish, ignored me. After when she was done I was not happy with the shape, it looks like a skirt shape and it was too long, and I told I don’t like it could it make it
short and straight.
She said “ oh don’t worry I’m two week you’ll get used to” and ignore what I requested.
To pay 90 dollars for this horrible service don’t even bother to come.
They won’t listen to your request.
I have been going here for many years but I am disappointed with how rude the manager is. I had UV gel nails placed for my birthday for the first time, days later MULTIPLE nails came off and I went back immediately, She was kind enough to fix them the first time.
However, 2 days later the same thing happened and I let her know that UV nails are not sitting well in my nails and i would like GEL nails instead, along with my money back for the UV nails which were 50$ MORE expensive. I was finally given store credit (gift card, no money back), but she refused to fix my remaining chipped nails for an additional price.
The client who was with the manager was willing to wait a mere 5-10 min for her to fix them for me (for an additional price), but instead she created a scene, was rude about how I should've called to make yet another appointment to fix my nails and how she does NOT HAVE time (5 minutes) for this.
The manager does not respect other people's time, and would've had me come in again to fix by appointment rather than just take out 5 min of her time when I walked in.
Coming in by appointment every 2-3 days is not easy for anyone with a job, yet this manager has no regard for her clients' time.
DO NOT GO HERE, there are much better nail salons in town with nicer staff
The customer service is horrible. You walk in and they are not welcoming at all. Have such rude attitude. They overcharge you for dumb things like taking off basic polish and rush through the process. The polish was uneven and shape was not what I asked for and they cut off my nails when I specifically told them to be careful and not cut them because I wanted the length I had. Never will go back again
Safety measures and social distancing were observed when we arrived at the salon. Body temperature was checked and sanitizers are provided at the entrance.
Staff are very friendly and accomodating. The place is clean and provides great quality of equipment. The price is just right for the service they provide.
I recommend Linda for manicure if you want to do ombre nails :)

This place is exceptional. The owner Young is an artist and is very kind. Prices are very good. And reading another review I felt impelled to write something. I have been coming here for 7 years since she took new ownership. Thank god! I have never ever seen her add a tip to anyone’s bill. In fact I will tell you what I once witnessed one of her employees did a manicure and pedicure and the lady DID NOT GIVE A TIP to the young lady. I watched the owner give from her own pocket a tip. Yes tips are essential to these ladies as we all know. Same with my services. I find it very disheartening to read a bad review on this place and I can honesty say you must have misunderstood. Because never in EDEN NAILS
If this looks like a 30$ manicure, than i must be tripping.
The staff is also super unfriendly.

First time here, and i can say I’ll be back! The girls were nice - took their time cleaning & shaping my nails. (I had gel polish from my last mani) i showed them a picture of what i wanted and i couldn’t be happier with the results! They take covid precautions such as taking your temperature when you walk in, they make you sign a waiver to ensure you haven’t been exposed to covid, and they have a space between each chair! Super clean.
This is ok for a quick job. Customer service really lacks, and the environment overall just isn’t welcoming.
