This was my first time using Pacifica Pizza. I almost didn't because of some of the negative comments, but I'm glad I did. The staff was very friendly, the prices were great, and everything was ready as scheduled. I will definitely use them again.
Put prices on their menu because their is not one price on anything, I'm just going off what they say, and some of their items are no longer the same price on some of the google pictures for this place either...or on the menu. Love the food I just wish they would show how much people are paying for their food.....
I have been buying at this place for the past 13 years, and pizza is always delicious. Actually their pizzas got better these past months which makes the pizza one of the greatest!! . You have to try it yourself. The price is right for it's great quality, compared to other pizzas in town. The Pacifica salad is always fresh. I don't know why the negative reviews possibly the other pizza competitors trying to make them look bad. If the place is bad as the comments above then why so many people on the phones taking orders, and inside the store etc? . There wouldn't be 15 employees working at the same time. People must understand that this says that the place has so much demand because its good!!! ???? ????
Don’t come here if you like customer service. Long hold times over the phone with rude employees and long wait times after scheduled pick-up is the norm. Not discouraged by this due to their great pizzas, price, and popularity. However, dealing with inept young people with very poor customer service skills gets old pretty quickly. After repeated order mistakes and delays with no sympathy or remorse, it’s time for me to order elsewhere where good manners and professionalism are valued.
The pizza is always delicious but there is one gal who answers the phone there and is completely rude. Customer service is not their strong suit so if customer service is a must for you don’t bother going here. You’ll be immediately disappointed.

Best pizza in the central valley for the price. The other chains are gross. The Madera Pacifica Pizza has been our go-to stop anytime we pass along hwy-99. Just keep your order simple and have them read it back to you. Then check before you leave.
Great pizza, didn't have to wait long. Delivery person Rickey was nice, happy, and respectful.
