Quick Facts About Revamp Nail Spa
Revamp Nail Spa place has both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided.
One strength mentioned by a customer is the quality of their pedicure service. The customer describes it as the best pedicure they have ever had, with the nail technician taking their time and ensuring the customer's comfort. Additionally, the manager is praised for being able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction. This suggests that the salon has skilled technicians and effective management.
Another positive aspect highlighted by a customer is the immediate assistance they received upon entering the salon. They were promptly helped and seated for nail polish removal. The availability of dip powder options and services is also mentioned as a positive feature. This indicates that the salon provides a variety of services and has a well-organized system for handling customer requests.
However, there are several weaknesses that have been pointed out in the comments. One major issue is the poor quality of the nail jobs provided by some technicians. Several customers mention that their nails were not properly cleaned up, resulting in dip powder around the nail bed or nails stuck to the skin. In one instance, a customer had to ask for a clean-up multiple times, but the issue was still not resolved satisfactorily. This suggests a lack of attention to detail and inconsistent work quality among some technicians.
The pricing is also a weakness highlighted by a customer. One customer mentions being charged $145 for a nail job that they considered to be horrible. They express dissatisfaction with the design and the quality of the job, especially considering that they can get better results for a lower price elsewhere. This indicates that the salon's pricing may be unreasonably high for the quality of service provided.
Customer service is another area where Revamp Nail Spa place falls short. One customer mentions experiencing rudeness from the staff, noting a change in attitude as the salon became more popular. Another customer had a negative experience when they pointed out that their nails were crooked multiple times and were still not fixed. This suggests a lack of professionalism and customer care from some members of the staff.
In conclusion, while Revamp Nail Spa place has some strengths such as the quality of their pedicures and the prompt service, there are several weaknesses that need to be addressed. These include inconsistent work quality, high pricing for subpar results, and poor customer service. Improving these aspects could help the salon regain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

I don’t ever really complain about my nails or toes, because I’m pretty much NOT that picky, but this was a little ridiculous. You couldn’t really tell by the photo but I got SNS done in black on my regular nails (yes I know they are short) and the sns was not cleaned up properly. After asking for a clean up, she proceeded to do so, and still managed to leave some of my nails stuck to my skin, and dip powder all around the nail bed. Not to MENTION, I paid for a pedicure and she didn’t paint all of my nails completely, half of my pinky toe does not even have polish on it… they use to be on point when I went over a month ago, but they’re starting to slip… maybe because it was a Monday and the usual crew wasn’t there, but my nails look a mess… the workers were kind and the women who did complete my nails was sweet, but the quality considering all together it was over 100$ is unacceptable, and I’ve been having a hard time finding a salon that is consistently good with their work that’s close to home.
Absolutely worst nail job I have ever had. Let’s start at the fact that I was charged $145 for this horrible nail job. As you can see the design is absolutely terrible I tried to disclose that information with my nail tech in private she still forced me to pay blaming her nail polish as the reason for the poor job. I get my nails three times the length more designs and quality job/ experience for less than I paid here. I would never ever visit here again.
Paid for a pedicure no massage or anything. Just overall not a good experience.
Best pedicure I’ve ever had. The girl with the red hair really took her time. She went out of her way several time to make sure I was comfortable. The manager was extremely busy but she managed a million things very well. She also made sure every customer was happy. I can see why this place has such good reviews.
Very rude I’ve been a loyal customer for four years now. It’s shocking how people change when they get “fancy”!! There was a roach on my pedicure chair. And the lady asked my sister if she wanted to do my nails after we pointed out that they were crooked three times and asked her to redo them.
First time here and had a great experience! Walked in and was immediately helped and seated for nail polish removal. Great dip powder options and services. Would recommend to others in the Greensboro area :)
I take my 5 year old and we love getting our nails and toes done. She typically gets a organic pedicure and I love the jelly
From the outside appearance of this salon you would think that the service would be good. The interior looks ok but it turns out that the nail techs here have no idea what they are doing. The first photo is my nails getting done with Dipping powder. After only a few days my nails cracked, chipped and broke. When those nails were taken off, my real nails are half gone in some of my fingers!! DONT GO HERE- THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AT ALL!
Update on feb 11, 2020: if that’s the case then how come my nails that’s where done in Florida never cracked, broke or chipped even after 4 weeks. Nice try on that, I’m not buying it! I’ve also never had any of my real nails break either!
I was really hoping that this would be my new nail place for me and my family because they do great work! I walked in knowing I had to get one nail repair. The nail tech pulled a 2nd nail off and said “ no charge to you” I said ok great. I get to the register and pay then she says I have to pay for 2 repairs! I didn’t mind paying for the repair but it’s the principle. I lost respect for this business at that point. I like to tip my nail techs at least $20 but I can’t give my money to someone like this.
