I was very excited to come to this salon because of the great reviews.
I truly cannot believe anyone would let a customer leave the chair looking like this. I've had to wear my hair up and covered by a headband every day at work, and it's going to cost $190 to fix it somewhere else. This is absolutely unacceptable.
I did not realize the totality of the damage caused by Hellen until I arrived at home used wrong color and used bleach for highlights and only colored 1/2 my hair from forehead to ears smh, then explained to me some other shop did the damage to my hair. Ive had to wait 3 months to color correct and returning to work my hair was more important than ever
Prior to this visit my hair was full and thick and beautiful now its a scraggly. Please be smart this Hellen is a crook in its truest form
I paid cash, as I came a few days later Hellen would not give me a receipt she gave me a gift certificate I asked again please give me receipt she laughed at me & said not I cannot do that please leave my shop

I have been going to Hellen for years, and to this date she gives me the best haircuts I have ever had. I prefer a short men's hair style with a 3 on the sides and a nice fade all around. Hellen, and her staff, nail it every time. And the price? Extremely reasonable for the service (so give a good tip for this great service!) Thanks for reading.
My friend got her hair trimmed here. Her hair, months later looks fantastic still. Like really super professional. I haven't gotten the 40$ for a trim yet, but when I do, I'm heading straight to Hellens. I always talk about how great her hair looks. Her hair is thick and I never ever seen it so beautiful! I'll give another five star rating I hope once I actually go here . Oh, she loved the service as well. Two women were having a blast trimming her hair together. I really want the same people to cut my hair!
Ever since i started coming to hellen's i have not been anywhere else. She is the best. I love how she shapes eyebrows. I have brought friends with me and they come out happy. It's the only place my brothers go to for hair cuts. Also each time she cuts my hair it grows so fast. Hellen is so friendly, professional, & she builds a good relationship with her clients. She definitely deserves more than 5 stars.

She lied and said she couldn’t tone my hair after this bleach took out my black die which I wanted I lefted almost in tears but I was so mad and told her I hated it and she not once said let me try to fix it she’s a punk and I never seen such unprofessionalism at its finest
