I went here some years ago, in my younger days, and I always loved this place very clean, nice and professional staff, they now have new staff and Anne and her husband Vinny are the only ones currently running it they’re building it back up and I'm so pleased with there service! And how Anne was able to deliver the nails I wanted exactly! And she also introduced me to a new product called GEL X and I must say! I'm very pleased! And I’m so happy I tried this product 10/10 recommend! My nails came out so LOVELY! I admire there patience and time! And I look up to them for there hard work and effort to make sure you’re satisfied! I will definitely be back VERY SOON!
I first went to KT Nails and was horrified that not even a week later, I had more than three nails break on me. The lady didn’t listen to what I wanted so I chose to come here to The Nail Shoppe instead. By far THE BEST place I’ve ever gone to. Not only did I receive the desired results I was looking for but a confidence of finally finding a trusting nail salon. If I could I would give over 5 stars. Absolutely love this place!
Excellent service! There’s too many salon to choose from and I randomly pick this one since I can’t decide. Was able to walk in and didn’t have to wait at all. The quality and detailed they put into my nails exceed my expectations. Anne is now my go to girl.
I forgot to mention, Anne give me the best eyebrow wax and tint. Quality service !
Attractive, clean and comfortable salon. Ann gave me quite possibly the best pedicure I have ever had! I am very pleased. She took the time to go over the online scheduling feature with me so I will be booking my next appointments this way.
I have been going to The Nail Shoppe for at least 7 years. I picked them because they truly listen to what you say. Now it’s under new management from Na and Wang, and boy can I tell you how different it is. For the new people it’s nickel and dime the clients to death with less quality. You feel like you are on an assembly line, exactly what many of us avoid. I sat there and listened to the new owner tell other clients that she doesn’t care if anyone stays or leaves, because she doesn’t want anyone who can’t make their appointments online only. She has a lot to learn from the old owners about how to remain humble and professional. Sadly I will be looking for a different nail salon.
Vinny is the absolute best!!! I was going to Blossom at UTC for over 2+ years and I thought I had a good nail tech. Vinny is MUCH better!!! My acrylic nails are thin and natural looking. My pedicure was excellent and for $5 he took care of my calluses that my other nail tech glossed over. Vinny has gained a forever client. Ask for him next time you are in!
I have been going to the Nail Shoppe for years and had always enjoyed my pedicures along with the atmosphere but ever since the new owners took over you can see a huge difference. The new owner Anne doesn’t even bother to say hello as you enter the door. These new owners want to nickel and dime you over every single service. Oh and don’t bother to try and call the shop the new owner doesn’t seem to want to be bothered by phone calls just wants you to book everything online no customer service whatsoever. Needless to say I will be looking for a new nail place since new owner really doesn’t care wether loyal repeat customers stay or go. I would rather spend my money in a place I feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer.
New owners different vibe. Definitely not the same atmosphere. The tvs weren’t on and no music playing. Lots of changes going on with new business hours and they won’t be taking phone appointments only online. I went in for gel manicure and gel polish change on my toes. My gel on my hands took longer than it should have. My polish had to be reapplied many times to get it right. Won’t be back!
