Just had the best deluxe gel pedicure. I haven't been here in a very long time, but I'm on my feet all day and needed a treat. And a treat it was! Everything was very clean and organized, and Lana was amazing! My feet feel incredible and my toenails look gorgeous!
First time here and I love my nails! Everyone was very friendly. I walked in on a Wednesday around 3:45 pm w/o an appt and was treated very respectfully and she took her time even though she had an appt scheduled at 4:30. Will definitely be back!
I have been coming here for YEARS! I am so very sad and disappointed by the way they handled my business today. I came in for a manicure and pedicure and they offered me a delicious pedicure, which I said yes too. Then, they said nevermind they could t because she had an appointment. Okay, no problem. Then for my nails I show her a simple design. She says she can't do it, so I said I can. I do it, because it is literally just dots. And then they proceed to charge me 60$ for doing my own nails. I paid and tipped as I am also a part of the service industry. I just can't believe they had me pay for my nails which I did myself?! I would have happily just paid for my pedicure.
I’ve been here a few times and have had an okay experience, but this last time I was there was absolutely terrible. Everything was rushed and looked terrible. My nails were uneven and all completely different shapes. The lady made my cuticles bleed on 3 of my fingers. Then I showed a picture of a design I wanted and she didn’t say anything and just started doing a completely different design. Definitely not worth the money for the terrible quality and experience.
I was a walk-in after work on a Wednesday evening and only had to wait about 10 minutes. I wish they would have cut my nails a little shorter, but other than that, very good.
I made an appointment on Monday. That night 2 of my nails chipped on Christmas Eve. The manager , He did my nails...he had my cuticles bleeding. When i went into have them fix them..he did it in between customers n when i was done they were sticky. Christmas day, 5 of my nails, the paint was chipped off. I called n they told me to come in, they would look at them. I was told, i would have to make an appointment and the charge would be $20!!!! I should not have to pay $45 for nails that chip that day!!! To be charged $20 for them to fix them!!! Never let the male guy do your nails!! The old owners were great, i will never go back!!!
I will not be going back to this salon. My daughter and I went for manicures today, and because I opted for a regular manicure and not gel, the employee started talking in her language and did not say a word to me the entire time, except that it was going to take a very long time for my nails to dry in this weather. After giving her a tip, she did not even acknowledge me or say thank you. When we got up to leave after drying our nails, no one said goodbye or thank you. Instead, they were all on their phones. Unfortunate. Very poor customer service.
I won't ever go back to this place. Got a pedicure and then about 20-30 minutes after getting it but legs and feet started to burn. Went to the place and told them the scenario and they didn't do nothing because there was no evidence shown to my legs and feet burning and itching. The manager seems like he didn't care and he didn't want to give my money back because there was no hives or rash. So they won't be getting my business ever again.
