If you plan to attend this Barbershop without an appointment plan on waiting there for at least two hours. It seems like they prioritize customers with an appointment which is obvious for them to do that since they are recieving more revenue charging $20 with an appointment compared to $15 as a walk in. I just believe they should do a better job helping customers without an appointment due to it makes Alex's Barber shop reputation look bad. You could clearly see the faces of customers as people walk in continuously to get a hair cut after they been waiting for a couple hours to be next but since theres individuals that have appointments they go first but they should at least try to get some people in between so at least customers see they are trying there best to get non appointments. They need to do a better job on handling customers and making them understand why it's such a wait.
Very rude staff. Waited for a haircut for my boys and decided to leave after they helped customers who came in after me and not once offered to cut my boys' hair. They were too busy talking while I was waiting. If icome in and ask if you're a available and you say yes cool. If you're not available just tell me, I completely understand. But instead you say yes and have me wait while you help everyone else. Very poor service.
The guys there are good with kids
They talk ALOT, pay attention to their phones ALOT and the tv DURING the haircut.....like literally would stop in the middle just to be on their phones or talk or watch tv!!! The haircut would take an hour which should be like 25min, and let their friends in first while we wait for over an hour....DO NOT RECOMMEND..WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and the ones giving good reviews are their friends. Just sit in here for at least 10 min and you'll see.
I waS taking my son to this other barber but my sister recommended me to go with Chris Quintero. I really didn't want to since I live on panama lane but I thought it was worth the try. I am very picky with my sons hair so I explained to him exactly how I wanted it, my son was very fuzzy and I was so surprised on how patient chris was with him the previous barber had no patient what so ever. Even after how fuzzy my son was he did his haircut exactly how I wanted it. Everybody in the shop is very kind and awesome environment I will Definitely be back every week, and recommend him to my friends and family.
Worse place ever. I waited 3 hours to be seen. To make matters worse the barber told me he COULD NOT do what I wanted. I wanted a taper fade....and he can't do it? It was around closing time and he was just to lazy to do his job. A baber who cant do a taper fade.....wow just wow.
Walk-in get treated like trash stay away! Horrible customer service. If it wasn’t for the star rating system I wouldn’t even give it a star :D
My husband just got a hair cut here. Its so uneven they left patches on his head we're going to another place to get it corrected. Don't waste your time or money here!!!
