Went here for braiding hair and they had so many choices, loved it! The two young ladies there names start with an A were pleasant. Customer service was professional. They were closing and neither of the ladies rushed me out. Will be returning for my hair product needs. Thank you.

Came here at 2:30pm on Tuesday and they are closed. Says it's open on Google, waste of gas and time.

Been here on several different occasions. 50% of those times they were closed in the middle of the day! Very frustrating. Especially when the door says they should be open. Better off driving the extra 2 miles up the road than wasting my time gonna here and them being closed.

Cash only, rarely open even when they say they will be. I came yesterday but didn't have cash. When I came back from the atm they were closed. Today I seen the open sign on . After parking and walking towards the door I could see the employee locking it. She walks behind the counter and yells to me that she's closed. Now I'm sitting in the parking lot writing this review I observed her let a young man in to purchase something...lol. don't waste you time with this place.

Online it says they are open but never are open. Rarely if you go there you may catch them open. This happens 7 days a week. When calling no one ever answers the phone. The Moreno Beach Drive location has not been open in months despite sign posted. Very unprofessional and I have been told the owner does not care about our views, however I am posting anyway. I would like for them to remove me from there rewards list because they are never open for me to use reward. I am going there today. It is 12:25, pacific standard lunch hour. Let’s see if they are open??!!!!

I really like this store...... when it’s open. The consumer can never predict when it’s open. The hours aren’t posted anywhere and even when Google says it’s open, it’s not. I really want to support this business but they don’t make it easy. It’s a shame because they have a lot to offer when they are open.

I love coming to this hair store the young women in there are very kind and helpful. They never forget to let me know about my coupon. Aaliyah always has such a sweet attitude. This woman knows her stuff. Diana and Audrey and there are others but i don't know their names but they are kind to. Never a bad experience when i come. One thing i am taught is you don't treat the rich better than the poor and you dont excuse a poor mans ways. Keep giving great customer service ladies. Thank you always
