Beautiful relaxing experience. Lilly was my nail technician. She gave me the cutest micro-French and pedicure.
So disappointed. Dip nails guaranteed to last 2 weeks and normally last 3-4. Within 2 days my nails were chipping. Within a week, almost all of the product was gone; it was as if it was disintegrating.
I was on vacation and out of cellular service range so I took pictures to show them upon my return. I went into the shop and showed them the pictures and dates they were taken. I politely asked for a refund as a “redo” at this time is not possible given the condition of my nails. We will be up north for the next 6 months but I thought I would try the salon again upon our return this fall. The owners wife had an attitude about me not calling or returning within two days. I explained (again) that we were on vacation and without cellular service and we had just got back. I can overlook a bad service if a salon is going to make it right but they did not want to accept responsibility and had an attitude in the process. I won’t be returning. Pictures show intervals of 4 days, 6 days and 8 days after the service.
This Salon is appropriately named! I was super fortunate to find Amazing Nails and you will be thrilled with your experience there. I had the pleasure of my nails being done by two sisters who were just fabulous extremely thorough and so much fun. I lost the card with their names on it or would mention them here. You can't go wrong having your nails done here. The prices are extremely reasonable for Key West
Very nice salon, owners, and employees. We went there on vacation to get my nails done and pedicures and are extremely happy. Would absolutely recommend and will go back the next time we vacation down there. Their dog is so cute and sweet
I've been to this salon since high school and took a break from having Acrylic nails. I decided to go back here as a treat for my pregnancy and it was the worst nail job I've ever had. It totally depends on who you get here so you have to specifically make an appointment with either Hong or Tom, the owners and thats it. But I will not be going back here ever again. Nails were lumpy, and way too thick. I left there and immediately went to another salon to get them redone as I didn't want the possibility of the same job happening again if I got them "fixed".
Needed somewhere in Key West for a quick pedicure and came across Amazing Nails. I was not disappointed. Good customer service and they have the cutest little puppy. ????
Always kind with beautiful place/clean and my nail tech Suzie is gentle and a true artist
