Quick Facts About Andy's Nails
Strengths:
1) Creativity and skill: One customer mentioned that the nail technician, Lele, did an amazing job with her nails, creating a beautiful design with multiple colors. This suggests that the salon has skilled and creative technicians who can deliver unique and artistic nail designs.
2) Walk-in appointments: The fact that one customer was able to get a walk-in appointment suggests that the salon is accessible and able to accommodate customers without prior bookings. This convenience may be appealing to customers who prefer last-minute nail appointments or have busy schedules.
Weaknesses:
1) Inconsistent quality: Several customers expressed dissatisfaction with their nails. Complaints ranged from cuts on fingers and under nails to nails not being done according to the desired design. Inconsistent quality indicates a lack of attention to detail and suggests that the technicians may not consistently meet customer expectations.
2) Rushed service: Some customers reported feeling rushed during their nail appointments. One customer mentioned that the technician brushed off their request for fixing sideways nails. This indicates a lack of customer service and attention to customer satisfaction. Rushing through appointments can lead to mistakes and unsatisfactory results.
3) High prices: One customer mentioned that they paid $90 for their nail service and felt unsatisfied. This indicates that the salon's pricing may not match the quality of service provided. If customers feel they are not getting their money's worth, it can negatively impact their perception of the salon and deter repeat business.
4) Lack of professionalism and customer service: Multiple customers mentioned experiences with unprofessional behavior from the salon staff. One customer mentioned being told to come back multiple times without receiving the requested service, which indicates a lack of organization and respect for customer's time. Another customer mentioned that the technician did not ask for their preference on nail length and shape, leading to dissatisfaction. Poor customer service can result in customers seeking alternative salons that provide a better experience.
5) Lack of durability and longevity: Several customers mentioned their nails chipping or the polish coming off within a short time frame after the appointment. This suggests that the salon may not use high-quality products or may not properly apply and seal the nail enhancements, leading to durability issues.
6) Communication issues and lack of transparency: One customer mentioned that the salon raised its prices without prior notice. This lack of communication and transparency with customers can lead to customer dissatisfaction and a sense of mistrust.
In conclusion, Andy's Nails place has strengths in terms of creative nail designs and walk-in appointments. However, it faces notable weaknesses such as inconsistent quality, rushed service, high prices without satisfactory results, lack of professionalism and customer service, durability issues, and communication problems. Addressing these weaknesses would be crucial for the salon to improve customer experience and loyalty.

I let Lele do whatever she wanted, her work speaks for itself, Absolutely Beautiful, mine has multi colors on it, & another lady had her do hers too, the blue & white. Both are breathtaking. Great job & it was a walk in appointment. Definitely 5 ???? 's.
They are not a good place to go they cut my fingers and under my nails also didn’t do the design I wanted not satisfied at all!!!!!! The last one is what it was supposed to be.
HORRIBLE. The lady rushed through my nails, and cut my pinky. When I asked her to fix them because they were sideways she brushed my comment off. I have a cut on my pinky, the nails are sideways, theres nail polish on my cuticles, and my skin, and she seemed to be in a huge hurry to get them done. Overall a bad experience and wasnt worth my two hours and $45. Now im going to have to pay someone else to fix them before my photography shoot on Monday.
Disappointing.
My sister and I went and we paid $90 altogether for each of us to get ours done and this was her first time but I been there before I was not completely satisfied this visit because they didn't even fully cover ours nails with the acrylic coating and my sister had the same issue
I went and had a pedicure done before I went to the beach. 5 days later the polish was chipped on 3 of my toes. I’ve never had that happen before! Also they raised their prices and didn’t have it posted.
Absolutely horrible. Acrylic nail didn’t even cover my whole nail. Second day I’ve had them and one of the nails paint already came off. My aunt had to go back in and tell them to fix it but they literally just painted the parts of the nail that wasn’t covered. I really recommend finding somewhere else to go.
I usually avoid going here because of bad experiences but today I decided to give it a chance since my usual nail salon was closed. I go to get a full set of acrylics and and have to was extremely long just to be seen! Finally get seen and he never even asked how long or short I wanted my nails to be before he started to cut them literally to my fingers. (I always get my nails a little long) on top of that he didnt even do the coffin shape that I wanted, they looked round!! My nails look horrible and they acrylic is so thin its ridiculous! Complete waist of money and time!!!! Will not be going here again!
I been going to Andy's for years and recently I needed a pedicure and went back 4 different times and different days and was told to come back because of NO HELP. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL OF ANDY'S TO DO THIS. SO I'LL BE TAKING MY FEET SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!
