Made an appointment and the guy called to make the appointment later. Then when I got to the new appointment time. He cut a different person hair even tho I was sitting and waiting for my turn. What's the point of making a reservation if you can't keep your word.

I've been getting my haircuts here for four years now. There is not a large turnover of employees and they are all consistent with the style of my haircut. They are all very friendly and professional. If you like to chat, they do too. If you don't feel like chatting they're respectful of that too. I will continue coming here as long as Angela owns the place.
