Always a neat and tidy cut. Friendly staff who know what the regular clients like to talk about. Good price for the excellent service you get. Only negative from today is their Web page says open til 6pm (as does the window trading hours) turned up at 5.10 and they were shut! Will call in tomorrow instead ????????♂️
Always provide a very good gents haircut. They are a super friendly chatty team, easy parking up the road. Great friendly service. Booksey is back for online appointments too, perfect!

I have had a bad experience at this place more than once, and it really does appear to be a lottery. If you get one of the more experienced barbers then you stand a reasonable chance of a decent hair cut. Unfortunately my last hair cut there was really bad, uneven and they had missed bits. Basic stuff on a short back and sides you might think. It appeared to me as if they were in a rush to try and make as much money as possible and clearly the attitude to a quality service has gone out of the window of late. They used to be one of the better barber shops in Chippenham, but now appear to be one to avoid unless you want to take the gamble or are desperate! I noted from the other reviews that they seem not to take customer feedback seriously and they appear to have been extremely derogatory about customers who have reflected their bad experiences like mine. If you want to be derogatory about me, bring it on! On that basis alone, people should avoid this company. Any company that behaves badly when things go wrong, as they sometimes can, as opposed to doing their best to rectify, DOES NOT deserve the business. There are plenty of other barber shops in the area who give a much better service. The fact they can try and admonish people for giving truthful and factual reviews about their services absolutely speaks volumes about unprofessionalism. Any company who insult and try and smear their customers should be boycotted. A decent company would attempt to rectify the bad experience, not try and discredit the person concerned. Childish and unprofessional.
