Quick Facts About Angelo's Pizzeria

Angelo's Pizzeria receives a mix of positive and negative comments, providing a comprehensive understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the establishment. In analyzing these comments, it is clear that Angelo's Pizzeria has several strengths that contribute to its positive reputation. However, there are also some weaknesses mentioned by customers that should be addressed for improvement.
One of the significant strengths of Angelo's Pizzeria is the quality and taste of their pizza. Several customers praise the pizza, describing it as "amazing," "delicious," and "the best pizza ever." They appreciate the hot and fresh pizza that is prepared with a generous amount of toppings. The flatbread-style crust receives specific mention, with customers commending its perfect amount of crunch. The sauce is also highlighted as "absolutely amazing." These positive comments regarding the taste of the pizza indicate that Angelo's Pizzeria excels in ensuring customer satisfaction with its primary product.
Another strength identified by customers is the friendly and attentive staff. Multiple comments compliment the staff for their excellent customer service and friendly demeanor. Despite being busy, customers report quick service and being served within a reasonable time. Such positive interactions create a pleasant dining experience and contribute to customers' overall satisfaction.
Customers have also appreciated the fair pricing at Angelo's Pizzeria. One customer mentions that $40 for two pizzas resulted in plentiful leftovers, indicating that the portion sizes are substantial and value for money is achieved. This demonstrates that Angelo's Pizzeria offers customers a good deal for a satisfying meal.
Many customers appreciate the cozy atmosphere when dining in. They describe it as a comfortable and enjoyable setting where they can enjoy their meal. This positive ambiance contributes to customers' overall satisfaction with their dining experience.
Additionally, Angelo's Pizzeria provides the option of half-baked pizzas, whether frozen or fresh. Customers appreciate that once they bake the pizza at home, it still maintains the quality and taste as if it had been freshly made at the restaurant. This offering provides convenience and an opportunity for customers to enjoy Angelo's Pizzeria's pizza at their own leisure.
While Angelo's Pizzeria has several strengths, there are also some weaknesses highlighted by customers that need to be addressed for improvement. One customer mentions a long wait time, with the pizza taking 1 hour and 15 minutes to be prepared. Though the customer acknowledges being informed about the wait time in advance, it is suggested that Angelo's Pizzeria should work on reducing wait times to improve customer satisfaction.
Another weakness mentioned is the inconsistency in the quality of some food items. One customer criticizes the wings, highlighting that they were stiff and seemed to have been microwaved. Furthermore, the customer expresses dissatisfaction with the salad, stating that it made their mother sick. This instance of food contamination is a serious concern and indicates an issue with food safety and hygiene practices. Angelo's Pizzeria needs to address this weakness promptly by ensuring proper quality control and cleanliness in food preparation.
In one comment, a customer narrates their disappointment with the burnt and dry pizza, undercooked wings, and soggy ravioli. They express frustration, indicating that this poor experience has resulted in them no longer ordering from Angelo's Pizzeria. This negative review underscores the importance of consistency in food quality and highlights the areas where improvement is necessary, such as proper cooking techniques and quality assurance.
In conclusion, Angelo's Pizzeria has several strengths that contribute to its positive reputation, including the quality and taste of their pizza, friendly staff, fair pricing, cozy atmosphere, and the option for half-baked pizzas. However, there are also weaknesses that need to be addressed, such as long wait times, inconsistencies in food quality, and a significant incident of food contamination. By taking the necessary steps to rectify these weaknesses, Angelo's Pizzeria can further enhance its strengths and continue to provide a positive dining experience that meets customer expectations.

We live close by and have been wanting to try this place. It was amazing the pizza was hot and fresh. We got a large bacon and a small supreme but they look the same size to me and I’m not complaining. It was $40 for two pizzas we have plenty of left overs. The only downfall was the wait time when i called she said upfront it would be an hour or so it took an hour and fifteen minutes. So we know to order ahead of time in the future. Overall great pizza would highly recommend.
I ordered a Large Supreme by phone and was told it would be ready in 1 1/2 hours. My pizza was ready, hot and fresh when I got there. The staff are always friendly and the pizza is always delicious!
This is such an awesome pizza place! Dining in is cozy and the staff is super friendly. The half-baked (frozen or made fresh) are just as good as the hot pizza right out of the oven!
The amount of toppings is insane! It is SO heavy! For me, this is a good thing. But by all means, ask for “lite” anything.
Everything made fresh, in house. Prices are fair for the amount of food you get! Definitely give Angelo’s a try, if you haven’t already!
Pizza is amazing! The only things I dislike are the wings and salad. The wings are very stiff, as if they’ve been microwaved, and the salad is horrible. I recently ordered a salad and it made my mother very sick! She was struck instantly with heart palpitations, lightheadedness, and she began to feel cold. I immediately called 911, and her blood pressure, along with heart rate, was rocket high. After they left she began to calm down, her stomach began to hurt, and she had diarrhea. I had to buy some fluids and detox to clean whatever bacteria she ate out of her system. Angelos used to be so good!! I don’t what’s happening. They definitely need better cooks, and people who take meal prep, and cleanliness seriously.
Been going here for over 15 years… I love the Italian authenticity and the mob feel is awesome. Customer service is great…
Friendly staff, although it was super busy we were served within a half hour. Pizza has great cheese and creamy sauce. Toasted ravioli with meat sauce was seasoned and fried very well. Super fresh food. Stopped here during a road trip and will definitely come back when in the area.
This is hands down THE BEST PIZZA I have ever had. Flatbread-style crust is the perfect amount of crunch. The sauce is absolutely amazing. They do not skimp on toppings. I feel like I got great pizza for the money I spent. When we are in STL, this is our eating spot for sure. You won’t be disappointed.
Ordered a large bacon and Italian sausage pizza, wings, and toasted ravioli....and everything was horrible ????...the pizza was burnt and dry, the wings were undercooked, and the ravioli was soft and soggy.... paid $40+...last time ordering from this place!
