So rude and unprofessional. I had been going to Sopheak for a few months now, have always been on time, never missed an appointment and also tipped. Today I made a mistake, I got confused and thought my appointment was at 1:30 but it was actually at noon. She texted me at noon and I was very apologetic and expressed how sorry I was, I am only human. Her response was “i don’t have time for your jokes” I couldn’t believe it. I completely understand why a no call no show is frustrating, it’s unacceptable but I have been nothing but a nice client to her and didn’t deserve her treatment. A simple “I’m not taking you as a client because I don’t tolerate no call no shows” would have sufficed and I would have moved on. Her work is great but if I am going to get a service regularly, especially lashes I’d like for my artist to be more understanding of the one time I didn’t show up because I got confused. I ended up going to Christina Som as she had a cancellation and was able to take me in as a new client. Her work was incredible and I am kind of glad this whole situation ended up happening. I’m sure Sopheak is a perfect goddess being that never makes mistakes. Oh and may I add that she was mad I rescheduled an appointment with a 48 hour notice ????????????????

I love So Sopheak she is amazing and I have always walked out of her salon satisfied with my hair. I would say she is a hair professional- one of the best in Lowell or even around. Prices are extremely reasonable with her and she is so kind and sweet! Definitely a comfortable fun environment. She has bleached my hair without damaging it and lifted the color amazing. I’ve been to Sopheak more than a couple times now and every time fell in love with my hair! Definitely recommend.

The salon is beautiful, clean.I been coming to So Sopheak salon for a few years & Ihave not been disappointed. My hair was damage it’s so bad from previously stylist. Sopheak also do eyelash extension,, she does an amazing job my eyes always come out beautiful love love it!!! She is very skilled at what she does and it’s a great listener. So friendly!

Sopheak was amazing! She made me feel welcome and talks to me like she knew me like a friend. She did such a great job on my hair and I will definitely be back there. She cares about her clients and takes her time with my hair. She gave me exactly what I wanted. Glad to call her my hairdresser.

My first time at this salon, the owner/stylist was very professional, she knew exactly what i was asking about the color i wanted. She didn't give me the run around if she could achieved the color i was looking for. She did a great job on my hair, my daughter and niece. Lets just say we found our stylist and wouldn't want to go elsewhere.

Omg! Where do I even start? When I went to Sopheak salon my hair was a messed. I wish I had my before and after pictures, she pulled her Magic on me. Thanks to her my hair is healthier and all in one color, I would highly recommend for anybody that need their hair done go see her.

I have gone to So Sopheak's salon for years! I am always pleased with my hair. They've never rushed my hair process! I always go home feeling brand new :) the environment is very friendly and Bong is very easy to talk to. I def recommend this salon. Everytime I get my hair done, I ALWAYS get asked which salon I went to and then they ask for the phone number and location :) I also am an Asian girl, and our hair has very dark pigments in it. I ALWAYS go blonde/silver/gray when my roots grow out and it always comes out very beautifully.
