I am new to Maine and I have a mixed texture of hair so it was extremely difficult for me to find the products and hair that I needed to keep mine healthy while I was away from home. My regular stylist is down south and she gave me strict instructions to keep many protective hairstyles so that I wouldn't damage all the work that she had done over the years. I never thought I would find a place, until I got a recommendation from a great friend and I walked into Tony's touch and I had never seen such a clean environment in a hair store like this one. There was a vast amount of products, there was no shortage of employees willing to give me more than enough information about the products but I wanted to try and even some employees gave me recommendations about new stylists that were willing to work with my hair since I had planned on being here longer than I thought. The customer service, the environment, the products and everything were absolutely phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this store above all else and I will definitely be visiting every week. They will give my continued business no matter where I am. Toni really has a touch of magic when it comes to this business!

Tony and Joyce are so comfortable, welcoming, and kind. I loved my haircut, and it suited my face. Tony really knows her stuff and is great at cutting curly hair. She got it right the very first time working with me. That hasn't happened before! I am going to her from now on. Also, one of Tony's stylists braided my boyfriend's teenaged son's hair fast, and it looked great.

I went in looking for braiding Hair and someone asked me if I needed help and what I was looking for I told her I was looking for crochet hair and she showed me what they had I asked if they had more than just the one option they had she said no what are you looking for I said I usually get Twist Crochet Hair then she started to get upset raised her tone and said the hair I am looking for was old and outdated completely unprofessional and made me uncomfortable even if the hair that I’m looking for is old and outdated who cares it’s not going on her head and that’s some thing that I wanted. also, the prices are completely over priced. I am really disappointed. I got recommended to the store and I am new to Maine and I’ve been looking for a store to go to all the time and spend money and help my fellow Black people find a good store. I can’t believe they treat customers this way

Toni has been doing my hair since I was a child, before she had any shops and she was doing hair in her house! I am always 100% satisfied. She has a great selection of hair and always a great experience!!

Went to Toni’s Touch and had dreadlocks with human hair extensions done by Mel and I couldn’t be happier they came out exactly how I wanted them even better than I imagined the atmosphere at the salon was great and I will definitely be going back!

Toni is AMAZING! She is patient with the kiddos and her quality of work is unreal???? we love comin to see her... my daughter hates her hair even brushed but she is up and ready to go when it’s time to see Toni!
