Weaknesses:

2. Rising prices: Some customers expressed dissatisfaction with the rising prices at Burritos Fiesta Fresh Mexican. 4. Limited menu options: Although not explicitly mentioned in the comments, the lack of diverse menu options could be inferred from some complaints about the prices and breakfast burritos. Having a limited menu selection can limit customer choices and could potentially deter those seeking a broader range of options.
In conclusion, Burritos Fiesta Fresh Mexican has strengths, such as fresh and delicious food, a loyal local customer base, and friendly staff. However, weaknesses persist in terms of inconsistent food quality, rising prices, poor customer service, and limited menu options. Addressing these weaknesses could help improve the overall customer experience and potentially attract more patrons to the restaurant.

Very disappointed! I ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito and the first bite I took had a LONG strand of hair. I am beyond disgusted, I always get breakfast burritos there and they’re usually big and flavorful. Not only did my burrito have a hair but all 5 of the burritos we ordered the tortilla was hard and cracking. If you know burritos than you know that’s the less pleasing way to enjoy a burrito, very disappointed with the size of the burritos as well they were small and not stuffed properly definitely not worth $10. I recommend ralbertos next to bashas for breakfast burritos they’re a great size for $5 less.
I used to eat here several times a week when I lived in Flagstaff. Now, I make it a habit to stop every time I drive through! Their food is fresh, made from scratch and amazing. The staff is always cheerful and friendly. My only complaint is the rising prices but it's still affordable and very filling!
Omgosh! I paid for a burrito macho. The sign said $13, (I added ranch and a bottle water) it came out to $18!! That's too expensive, I suggest going somewhere else.
Can’t vouch for anything but the marinated chicken on anything (usually tacos) - been coming here and getting them for years. For years we did it every Wednesday night. Looked up their number and saw some negative reviews. Probably locals trying to keep their local joint a secret…. Don’t let it sway you. Don’t go for the decor or super speedy service - go for delicious food. It’s delicious!
Food is outstanding and delicious. Absolutely the best burrito spot in Northern Arizona for a generation. A must stop if you're traveling through. Humble spot frequented by locals and college kids.
Prices raised a lot, breakfast burrito is $10+ instead of $7.50; totally not worth it, the eggs were literally white and tasted like they were microwaved and the bacon tasted like the packaged bacon bits you buy for salads. I could buy 5 burritos from a gas station that are the same quality for this price. 2 stars cuz the salsa is good but go to Los Altenos for bfast burritos instead.
Don’t go here if you looked at the menu prices and you were trying to get a meal under 8$. The lady that controlled the website died during COVID so they can’t update there prices to the website. You think they would create a new one but who knows. Haven’t even ate yet sitting here upset cause I locked my self into a 15$ burrito when I thought I’d be paying a lot less. Will update if food is not good.
Phone ordered my food so I could get in and out as soon as possible. Arrived to what I thought was in luck only one person ahead of me. I was mistaken. Even though my food was already cooked and waiting getting anyone to take payment was a problem. Was worked around by the cashier that started the transaction to accommodate other of the few people that already had their food. When I turned to talk to either the manager or the owner. I knew it would do little good to call and complain. Especially since his very unbelievable excuse that they were very busy. The restaurant was pretty much empty! Don't waste time going here.. go to Los altenos or any place other than here.. The service is non existent and the food is no longer worth it.. I'm Hispanic.. the food is now tasting like it comes out of a can..non traditional food.
