I liked my experience, to Not have had appointment one of the stylist near the door greeted me and was able to assist with finding an available nail tech as American nail techs are hard to come by. My nail tech was Randi and she was able to meet my needs. The environment is fun and decor is clean BC its also a Hair salon so if you're looking a fun place to have nail or hair services done by a tech that will listen to needs then come here. I'll be back. #keepyourmoneyinyourcommunity
The kind host greeted me and made me feel welcomed soon I walked in... just by her smile, giving me and my daughter a compliment.... I know I was a walk in customer but when she asked the stylist "Angela" if she can just fix a couple of my soft locs and give me a simple LOC twist style ... She nonchalantly told her "no I CANT do it"..... From her rude attitude I won't come back in there. If you are miserable you shouldn't be in that line of business!

I have been going to Salon Couture for years. I love all the staff there. They greet you when you walk in the door and treat you like family. The nail tech Cara is such a sweetheart and loving person. My nails always look s gorgeous when finish them.

I had an outstanding world class experience with my now new stylist, Angie!!!!! She did me a huge favor for her fellow coworker by taking my appointment at the last minute. Not only was she super friendly, but she was also very professional, down to earth and informative. She went above and beyond from start to finish, and that means alot to me as a first time client. I was very pleased with my style and exceptional customer service. I love the fact that the salon owns the beauty supply right next door. Talk about convenience. This is a spectacular full service salon. Everyone in the salon was very professional and polite. I will definitely be returning very soon. I highly recommend Salon Couture for all your beauty needs. I had a horrible experience. Do not go to Randi!! It took 2 hours for a fill-in. When using the tool to clean up my nail bed (metal instrument) she was hurting me. She was pressing down really hard on my nails. The next day anytime I washed my hands my nail bed burned. She had scheduled me to come back the next day for a pedi because she couldn't do them the first day I came. I started not to come back because she really hurt my nails but I really liked my design on my nails I decided to give her a try. After waiting 30 minutes she proceeds to tell me she forgot she double booked me. She forgot she had a 12pm and she couldn't do my pedicure. She gave me a coupon but I will NOT be coming back to this shop.
