I’ve been going to this location for about 6 years. Once I found Sophia, I’ll never go to another salon again. Sophia is professional and talented. She always does my nails how I like them, remembers what I do not like. She can go off of a picture and do the same exact design. If not, she does it better than the pictures. She is the only person I would trust with my nails. I’ve always had a great experience in this establishment
I don’t really write reviews BUT honestly I cannot say enough about Nikki. Her attention to detail, her kind personality and her service are 10/10. You can tell she really loves what she does and her goal is to take care of you. I also had a very nice relaxing pedicure but unfortunately I’m not sure of the persons name that did it. Everyone was very friendly and the salon gave off a very relaxing vibe. Can’t wait to come back!
I have to share the experience I had with Annie today. I rarely ever get my nails done. I am having a 30th birthday that is the Great Gatsby themed. I am blown away with how amazing they came out. She was even able to do the JG insignia. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
This was my first & last time coming here. My nails were rushed. The paint job was so messy. I shouldn’t have to suggest cleaning around my cuticles before putting my hands in to dry. I expressed & let them know that since the paint job was so bulky & messy it no-longer looks like a coffin shape. Overall I just wasn’t happy. I was teamed up on. Was told that there was nothing wrong with them but you decide for yourself.
I always have a very pleasant experience when I come here. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. My nail tech Annie is the best! I refuse to go to anyone else.
By far the best place I have gone to for my nails. Definitely am becoming a loyal customer! Mayra is the sweetest and truly cares about her clients.
Honestly I decided to return after a very long time only because I could not remember why I stopped coming here ... I went on Saturday with my daughters and my nails she did good job shape but when it came to color she said she didn't have it I should choose another - wasn't happy but whatever - she painted them and there's bubbles and I guess quality of polish isn't great Bc it's 3days after they look like I had them for weeks !
My daughter a Different lady worked on her 2 hrs and managed to cut her .... I went and ran errands came back she wasn't done ! She got in the car and was crying it they cut her !
I ran back in salon and asked for manager and he hesitated to come up !
First off people pay for a relaxing experience not one where anxiety and painful !
I understand accident happen in that case APOLOGIZE sincerely! Not just so you can avoid a confrontation!
My lady hurt me too and was filing my fingers more than my nail and never apologized ... which seems to happen often ! In which case I can assume "you don't care !" Why would I return to your salon!
I'm sick and tired of paying for people to aggravate, hurt and make me feel uncomfortable!
You guys need to value your customers more!

You need to make sure you tools are sanitized well and often after each client and do not cut people to the point their bleeding. ... I really hope she heals well and dose not get infections.

I love the owners like family. My boyfriend went for mani-pedi’s and had an amazing first experience. Kelly did an amazing job on the acrylic set i wanted. She took her time to make everything look beautiful with the butterfly details.
