Trish and her staff are amazing!! I visited the shop days before the pandemic closed everyone down and I tried to be one of their first clients when they opened shop again!!! At first, I would show them a photo of what I wanted and they took such great care to make sure it matched it! Now, I just let Trish do whatever she likes and I love her work. I never leave the store unhappy. Other nail places I’ve been over the years don’t compare to the friendliness and dedication everyone at Donna’s Nails has to their customers. I get compliments from beauticians or random people all the time when I’m out. People can clearly tell Trish cares about her work and the client!
I absolutely love everything about this nail salon. The staff are all friendly and truly care about the health of your nails. The salon is clean and newly remodeled so it is beautiful and welcoming. I started my nail journey with little short nails and with the love and card from my nail tech, they are long, healthy and beautiful! Look no further for a great quality salon! I have been going to Donnas Nails for years and I get the best of service every time I come. They are friendly and very outgoing along with very professional. Whenever I make an appointment, I am accommodated at the time of service I made the appointment for. I can always come in with a nail design and Trish does an amazing job every time. This has been the only nail salon where my nails actually stay on and still look great after WEEKS of having them done. Couldn’t ask for a more better place to have my nails and toes done!!
Stopped in first thing on a Tuesday morning. Donna took me right away. I asked for a gel manicure. After prepping my nails she told me she th be better to make them stay on longer, no mention of the extra cost. I was treated like a dumb hillbilly (I had just come from working out). Well, this dumb hillbilly that you look down on has a voice and doesn’t want other women to be treated like that.
To anyone reading this, there are so many other nail salons who treat you like a person and appreciate your business? In responds to this business’s reply your hours (as MB Nails) clearly states you open at 10 am. I’ve got better things to do than make up random reviews. I just want to warn other people.
I’ve been going here for almost 3 years now and have never had a bad experience! They are amazing at giving me the exact nails I’m wanting. I always recommend my family and friends to go here! Amazing service and I think everyone should come here for the best nails in York!
I took my daughter there today to get acrylic nails and a pedicure for homecoming. She got exactly the nails she wanted and is very pleased with how they turned out. I would highly recommend going there for good acrylic nails and gel manicures and pedicures!
I’ve been coming to donnas nails for almost 3 years now and I’m so happy I made the switch! Not only is the entire staff super friendly/welcoming and professional , they also are taking every precaution they can to prevent a safe and healthy environment against covid 19 while still making it fun and enjoyable . Complimentary massage chairs , one complimentary drink of your choice, beautiful nail art , what more could you want ! They’re also ALWAYS up to date with the newest trends and are always able to provide what you would like !
The owners (people working there) are very nice and do fantastic work. At first I was thinking they were a bit more expensive than all the other places, but the great nail tech went over my nails 3x. I went back after 4 weeks only because I had so much growth that the bottom of my nails were showing & my tips were too long - not a chip or peeling nail! Most definitely worth the 5-10$ more. I will be returning & would recommend them to anyone.
