All About Puppies

I took my 2 newly rescued Malti-poo-terriers to All About Puppies for their very first grooming experience.

The staff are very loving and kind, they are extremely knowledgeable, and were eager to answer any and all of my questions which made me feel super comfortable leaving my little loves in their care.

1)The AAP staff is amazing.

2)AAP services are reasonably priced.

3)AAP did an absolutely beautiful job grooming my pups.

We have found OUR groomer.

Excellent grooming on our schnauzer, I recommend Cameron. She always does an awesome job.

It was our little guy's first experience at the groomer. Be loved it and we loved the way he looked. They did exactly what we asked for. Greatly impressed with the look and feel of the place. Not only can you have your animal groomed but the have a nice selection of merchandise especially toys and treats.

I love this place! My puppies come home looking so cute and you can tell the staff loves animals. You can see them cuddling them when they bring them back and being so sweet! I feel they are reasonably priced and do an awesome job. I even got my parents to switch over from their former groomers for their dogs to here and they love it more!

My doggies were soooo dirty and matted going in. They came out happy, styling the their new summer cuts.

I always bring my one-and-a-half-year-old cocker spaniel to get groomed here, and I’ve never had a problem. However, I brought him Wednesday 11/17/21, and the following day he woke up with an extreme rash on and around his testicles. I took him to the vet that morning, and they had to give him a hydrocortisone shot along with an antibiotic cream. The vet strongly advised me to take action because it was apparent the groomer did something wrong, and unfortunately, they said it happens often. I called the groomer right away and went this morning, 11/18, to at least take responsibility for the 200+ vet bill since they were responsible. They took no responsibility and said it was my dogs' fault, and he did it to himself. Not once had he ever chewed on himself and ESPECIALLY to the extent where he’s in pain and had to take him to the vet. I will never be going here ever again, and I advise others not to. I would have been more okay with the situation if they had not gaslighted me and dismissed any blame from themselves. My dog is not the same. He is distraught and has spent the last two days laying down, not wanting to move. And like I mentioned, I have always brought him here so clearly they changed something about their business, and no one deserves to see their beloved pet go through this, no one deserves to be gaslighted by the groomer they trust, AND no groomer should be left in charge with pets when this is how they decide to treat pets and their clients.

This place is awesome !! I took my very fluffy long hair cat here to get the lion cut. My cat is very shy and timid but the employee Jill was great with him. She did such a great job on his hair cut. And Janice gave me some free cat food to try. Great customer service! I will be back and I do recommend!
