Michael and his staff are wonderful; I've been going for years, including while leaving in Washington DC and visiting home I would specifically wait to cut my hair at Klassy Kuts; bottom line: very personable and professional, excellent value, always a pleasant experience; highly recommend

Okay so I went this week for the second time and I went with the kids I babysit. I went to go see if they can dye my hair. And they did allow me to pay 160 for my hair but the service was horrible from Juliet. She made me hold the foils for her which I didn't mind if she needed a little help but I didn't like the way she grabbed them out of my hands. Also the kids wanted to see my hair getting dyed and she kept telling them to go sit down and they can if they want to be bored. I felt that she didn't like kids because the way she talked to them. She also didn't dye my hair like I wanted it but it doesn't look so bad. As we were leaving she like smacks one of the kids throats and says she was playing around. She did apologize for it but was also claiming she likes kids and that she was playing around. This is my first time meeting this lady and she has no right touch anyones kids like that. I'm not going here again again ever. So I don't recommend anyone going or taking their kids. And she also hurt me when brushing my hair and dying my hair and taking off the foils. She didn't brush my hair before dying it so it hurt really bad. She also didn't condition my hair after dying it she only put shampoo. So it made it harder to brush before blow drying it. And as she was drying it she hurt me so bad with the brush And my hair was a mess coming out of the salon. I also kept trying to make conversations but she kept saying mhmm Andi felt uncomfortable talking to her but she also talked a little bit but she sounded so frustrated and had attitude at times

Owner you may like kids and be a people's person but one of your employees didn't do a good job and my review is about her. she didn't do a good job she messed up my hair and hurt me while doing my hair and was being rude to the kids and she lightly hit one on his throat she did apologize but still. You can't tell me is not what I think if you weren't there to see.

It's a 5 star when Helen does your hair other than that it's a 1 star....

I went there and asked for a longer style and they gave me a buzz cut even after I told him multiple times

I absolutely do not recommend Klassy Kuts. The staff refuse to wear their masks along with poor hygiene and they cut their clients hair in an aggressive fashion. I do not recommend this barber shop. I recommend to stay away from it. There are beauty salons I do recommend such as Super Clips in Merced. It is a bit of a drive away, but I promise you, it is worth the drive.

Went in for a trim on my hair late one Saturday afternoon. Thankfully Mike was willing to cut my hair, my husbands hair and my 5yr old son. My husband was very pleased with the way Mike cut and styled his hair. My hair has never looked better, thanks to Mike. He did an awesome job with his cut and style. We will definitely be back!

I have been trying to find a salon that can do curly. Not having much luck. I walked in this place a few months ago. There were 3 people, 2 women and 1 man, all working on clients. I walk in, make eye contact with at least 2 of them. No one said a word to me. I sat down for about 10 minutes. No one acknowledged me so I walked out. Pretty rude, I think.

I accompanied my wife to this salon and she was referred by one of her friends who was very pleased with the service at Klassy Kuts. I also needed a hair cut so my wife inquired if they did, "fades" for men. April said she does, and styled my hair. My wife chose the style from an image at the salon, and April knocked it out of the park. This is the first time in a very long time that I have been totally pleased with my hair cut. I will certainly be coming back.
