I walked in and asked specifically if they accommodate walk-ins and when I was told to pick my color this one lady rudely said “oh we don’t accept walk-ins”. Good thing I did not get my nails done there. Very unprofessional.

This place is TRASH! Horrible customer service and service in general. Very impatient from the start of service. I went in for FULL SET OF ALMOND SHAPED NAILS and this is what I ended up with..look at these pictures. I dried my nails for 40 mins before even using my hands and the polish SMUDGED N ITS been over 2 hours and it continues to smudge

Fantastic! I have been in search of a clean, professional, and friendly location for over a year. I decided to try them out as they are next door to my job(Golf Mill Ford) and I had a horrible no chip from a previous place. Kiiy the owner was who took care of me and she was amazing! She edged/finished my nails perfectly and my no chip looks great. (See photos)

I don't get the bad reviews. I've been going to GM Nails for years, and I'm always satisfied with the services they provide. Ann is the best; she's gentle and does a great job every time.

Apart from the prices being decent, I enjoy this place because it's clean, they have pretty decor, and they have great customer service. You always feel pampered and refreshed when you walk out.

Worst nail I've ever had. The shape and texture is gross awkward. So disappointed.

They are amazing!!!! Clean, affordable and they really know what they are doing. I drive 45 min to get my nails done there! They are the best!
