The owner had the audacity to charge me $85 for a dip manicure (NO design except for ring fingers had a dip sparkle)…. Not even three days later, a nail broke that she reluctantly agreed to fix while making me sit for 45 minutes. Never again. EVER. She was not kind, either. I don’t appreciate being charged more than other customers, nor do I appreciate the attitude. I’ve found a WONDERFUL nail salon in Newark, DE. who values their customers and charges a very reasonable price for beautiful quality nails. Shame on you. Very disappointed.
Wow. Impressive business. Cleanest salon I've EVER been in. The gel pedicure was amazing. It felt like so much more. Totally relaxing and a excellent pedi!!
Very relaxing atmosphere. I personally don’t prefer to get gel nail polish because it is harsh on my nails. I got a regular manicure for a very good price and it lasted for 10 days! And I'm not easy on my nails! I did a ton of cooking, cleaning and traveling in that time!
My daughter got a gel Mani Pedi and said that the pedicure and massage chair were the best she’s ever experienced!
It’s an okay place. I clearly showed the person many times what I wanted to get done which were black swirl nails. Instead he painted my nails all black and I showed him the picture of what It was suppose to be and he said no.But he should have said that before he painted them? Then I just asked for a pink smile face on two of my nails and he literally laughed in my face. I’m no adult just a 17 year old- but that’s just rude. Ended up being 70 dollar.. never gone back.
This is the only place I will go to have my nails done. The salon is very clean. The staff is absolutely there to do what you want. They are very responsible in their prices. They will make an effort to get you in for an appointment for the day and time you want. I absolutely love this Salon.
Best manicure I've ever gotten! My cuticles look picture perfect ???? Owners are so friendly, and they offer all sorts of beverages while you are getting your nails done too.
While I have been to this location many times and I've always enjoyed my time there, Unfortunately, they are not up to sanitary code. I am a certified cosmetologist who had to go through the sanitation process in school. I understand what it takes to qualify for sanitation for the state of PA and DE. They are reusing drill bits and Emery boards and not properly sanitizing their brushes...it has led to many nail infections. They also have cut the sides of my toes multiple times and cut an unreasonable amount of my toe nail sides off. so I no longer get a pedicure at this location. This week I noticed that four out of 10 of my fingers have infections in the skin and under the nails due to their lack of cleanliness and sanitation. This is a huge issue because they could be spreading diseases and illnesses. This should not be taken lightly, it's very concerning. It's not that hard to be sanitary. Please stop charging people the amount you do for reusing almost all your equipment and never using new drill bits, new emory boards, new brushes. One of their brushes was so Caked Up with other people's dead skin that it felt like it had glue or some waxy substance/ residue on the inside. So many more issues. Its sad because I love the people who run the business. Its just not safe anymore. Only post to protect others. And hopefully bring attention to the owners about how tobe more cleanly to keep their customers safe!
I went here early in the morning and I was still rushed when I was the only one in the salon. The lady cut me like 3 times and I bleed each time. No discount was offered and the polish was not evenly applied. You could still see some streaks.
