What is going on here the quality of work and customer service has gone down Aimee!! If you close at 7pm that means customer could get her eye brows done at 6pm Stop being so rude!!! If your pedicure includes massage your employee should not express that she is to old to give a massage to the customer!!!

Theresa is AWESOME!!! She takes her time to ensure the client gets quality.... but does it efficiently. The ladies that work there are fun and keep you smiling. I recommend always having an appt...they are pretty timely.

This is truly a gem. AMY is the best, she does my nails on point. Always accommodates me and my girls. Got my first pedicure here and it looks amazing. I dropped my other nail shop after just one visit here.

My first visit to the Lovely Nail shop. I did not have an appointment and I was serviced as soon as I walked in the shop. The ladies were warm and professional. Kelly was my technician and she did a beautiful job on my pedicure. I will definitely be back and I plan to request Kelly. She is very thorough and takes pride in her work.

I was looking for a last minute appointment, so I called before I came and was told there was no wait time whilst on the phone. I went in to be greeted by Nancy, where she asked me what service I wanted and was seated immediately in pedicure chair. Nancy was my nail technician the entire time and she did a wonderful work. I had a #4 pedicure, which I would highly recommend and a regular manicure. Nancy was very thorough and made sure I was happy with the experience and the service. I was very pleased with the results. I will definitely return.

Honestly best nail salon I have been in! My nails came out so beautiful ????! Thank you! Definitely will be coming back! The nail tech if I recall her name Amy is the best she took her time and did an amazing job!!!
