I brought my mother who has late stage Alzheimer’s and the gentleman who did her acrylic fill was incredibly kind and gentle with her. She was cold so he went and found her a blanket and a mug of warm water. He stayed 45 minutes past closing time to patiently complete her pedicure. He attempted conversation with her even though I had warned him communication would be difficult. I believe he said his name was Banana… or Manana? He made a joke about bananas right after but I didn’t catch it and my mom had a question so I didn’t catch his name. Wish I had. He has restored my faith in humanity and it was such a wholesome, relaxing visit (and one I was pretty worried about … not knowing how she’d react in public to strangers).

My 4 year old granddaughter came with for a pedicure and they were awesome with her, making her giggle and everything!

If you want bad nails go here, two fingers were crooked and they charged me for ombré when it was not ombré at all. Wouldn’t recommend

Love the service I receive each time I go. They are all friendly and love to joke around.

I don't recommend. I called when they opened to make pedicure appointments for myself and my 6 year old daughter. They said 2 would be when we could get it. I made the appointments and arrived at 1:30 to pick out colors. My daughter was super excited to get her nails done. At 2:10 they took 3 other people who weren't on the list and told me we couldn't get our pedicures until after 3. My daughter was super disappointed as we had to leave. We tried other places but unfortunately since we chose to make the appt at JK instead of somewhere else, there were no other appointments available. Strongly recommend going anywhere else.

My girlfriend was very excited to get her nails filled. She had been there before and had good experiences. This time, however, she was very disappointed. The owner was filling her nails. The final result was thin, and awfully crooked. She said she will not be returning, unfortunately.

I used to love going here but this last time I went the owner did my nails he seemed very dismissive and after he was done I looked at my nails and was very disappointed. They were very thin and almost all of them were crooked. I will not be returning.

I love, love, love this place! The staff is so friendly. The atmosphere is chill. I really like they have those big TVs right in front. Some people try to bulldoze their way in there without appointments and then get upset. I suspect any bad reviews are from those people. Make an appointment and you'll get what you need. I've always been satisfied with their work. And the prices are much more reasonable than any other place around.
