Staff is friendly but I got my nails done and was left with a design I didn’t ask for (yes I ask them to wipe it off and even showed a reference photo of what I wanted) but insisted that I kept the color and just wait the two weeks and come back…I was also charged twice my nails were $43 meaning I got charged $86 for this… it’s lint AND lumps all in the polish. “L When you ask your mama to get your nails done and she says “we got nails at home” this what you get????????
Been coming here for years but they've honestly fell off. Never open on time leaving customers standing outside waiting and there are only two techs there that ACTUALLY do your nails correctly ????♀️

Ms. Lee and Mr. Ricky too good care of me. Last minute brow emergency and pedicure. They got me in right away and treated me with care. Mr. Ricky even picked out my amazing color!! Check out Jackson Nail on Broadway!!!
The Staff is friendly make you feel welcome and do a great job
I had one bad experience, the main lady wouldn't help. But thank God she's not the only one there. I must say, this is the best place in the city of Louisville to get your nails done. And it shows, don't go late in the afternoon the first of the month. It's crazy busy. I love Jackson Nails
