i went to Annie Nails with my friend two days ago and we had an interesting visit. The staff there was nice enough, but they just did not do our nails justice. Everything about them was awful from the shape, the
color, the design, and the acrylic itself. We both shown them pictures of what we wanted our nails to look like and we did not get that. i tried speaking up on a few occasions but she kept telling to me that it was fine and that i would like it. The nails were also extremely overpriced for such a mediocre job. They did not know what they were doing. My friends nails were $60 and mine were $57, and they did not even last 30 hours. I was okay keeping these nails bc from far away they do not look that bad, but what sent me over the edge was a one of my nails completely popping off my finger after barley having it for a little over a day. which is ridiculous never in my life have i ever had a nail fall off that quick. It really took me by surprised that my $55 dollars nails were not even able to last me two days. I now have to get them done again and spend another $60 dollars somewhere else so i have decent nails for my birthday which is in a week. In the pictures i provided i am showing you what we wanted and asked for what we ended up with and what happened to our nails after only having them for a day. this the worst nail salon don’t go there.
Worst job I've ever had done on my nails in my entire life! I asked for an ombre and it looked so bad that I made him take them off IMMEDIATELY. I offered to give him $20 as a cancelation for his time but he did not want the $20. Im sure it's bc he knows that he didn't deserve it... Never again!
The best customer service I've had in a nail spa. This place does it all, from SNS ,gels and massages. The atmosphere was welcoming, relaxing, everyone was very polite. I had the pleasure of having Annie as my technician, she is the best. I'm from NYC /Manhattan and I haven't had service like that in a long time. I'll be coming back next month February for my birthday. ????Left here feeling my best self. ????????
I love they way Michelle does my nails! They look natural due to the special care she takes on your cuticles.It is reasonably priced too! I found my new spot!!
Man that works there is very rude, lady that wears red lip stick tries to do nails very fast no one ever listens to how you would like them. They proceed to talk in their language with an attitude when you’re asking nicely for something to be done a certain way. My nails came out big and bold after I asked various amount of times for them to be very thin. They are only pleasant to Caucasian people not to be racial but it is true I’ve seen it with my own eyes plenty of times and when you do pull someone to the side as a black women everyone is staring at you like you don’t belong in the nail salon they automatically make us look like we are a problem. Not nice at all wouldn’t recommend if you are someone like me. Also made my nails bleed the first time I went. Lady also asked me if I worked a certain place and kept asking if I was someone else after I told her no
I go to Annie's Nails all the time and May does my nails each time. She is professional and friendly does the best job. I have never had one complaint. She is the BEST
Had a really great experience here. I am really picky about my nails and I usually travel out of town to get them done. Michelle was really thorough and did an amazing job. Staff was really friendly and the owner made sure that I was pleased with how my nails were coming out. Really awesome atmosphere, everyone was really friendly. Will be back!
Went for a pedicure and ended up doing a manicure as well. Was very clean. They had many colors to choose from. The chair I sat in had a massager for the back. The woman I had, had very strong hands, and the massage she gave was fantastic. I felt bad for who I had because it was the first ever pedicure I had. It was definitely a great experience and would definitely go back!
