Best TL Reviews

I wanted to try a local place without all of the frills & boy I got it. I was going to do a fill & pedicure but the person doing my nails was pretty rude so I just let them finish my nails. I really like ombre but I could already see that the powder colors were very limited so I just chose gel. As she started my nails she noticed the previous colors & began telling me that she doesn't do ombre which I could clearly see & didn't ask for & I had already selected the color. She was very fast & efficient. There was a young lady behind me getting a pedicure & the people working on her seemed friendlier. This isn't a bad thing if you need to get your nails done in a basic & quick fashion. I know that people judge on appearance & it may have been assumed that I wasn't going to tip so I made a point to tip well & of course she was friendlier but it was too late.
As long as I’ve been going here (since 2019 and if my main salons are closed they are so quick) I usually only go for toes because they are a little outdated with styles for nails. I like my nails a particular way. Since I was out of time today, I went to get nails and toes done. When I say this woman made my hands bleed like 3 times and one time I had to pull my hand back from pain (I have a high pain tolerance so it had to be painful) she even called me sensitive… nah… I’ve been getting my nails done since was 13 you are ROUGH!!!! Felt like she filed my nails with a knife. When I tell you my nails are throbbing from the cuts all over my nails and hands 5 hours later??!! Not worth it. I’ll go to my usual place
This is by far my favorite place to get pedicures. I love their packages and the staff is friendly. I’ve gone to other places but I always end up back here mostly due to the paraffin wax that they have. The prices are reasonable and I enjoy the atmosphere.
So if you’re looking for just a basic manicure/polish, these guys might be ok. But I stopped in to get a fill and I regret it. I wear my nails very long and I like art designs. I showed the tech the pic before we got started and she said she could do it. I also had a couple broken nails that needed to be replaced. She started buffing my nails down and then said that she “wasn’t sure” if they had a nail long enough to match my set. She spent the rest of the appointment complaining about the style I had chosen, which again, I showed her BEFORE she started. In the end, the nail art is sloppy, the acrylic is uneven, she cut huge amount of my skin under my nails, and didn’t even give a glossy top coat…..would not recommend.
I went for a mani, pedi and eyebrow threading. While doing my pedi the lady doing my nails and her colleague were making derogatory remarks about Phillipinos and Indians. They also made remarks on the shape of my toes. Later when I was getting my eyebrows threaded, one started laughing and then I found out they ripped the skin under my right eyebrow and it had started to bleed. Naturally at this point I was highly disappointed. I left a $2 tip and as I was leaving I could hear them loudly complain about the tip amount - they should be glad I even tipped them in the first place, what with this atrocious behavior.
I went for the 1st time even with the bad reviews. As soon as I walked in one of the ladies immediately said I needed a full set without even looking at my hands. I did not think I needed a full set but ok. Although they weren't perfect when I was done I was ok with it. The dip lasted a week and then started to just crumble. I learned my lesson and I am going back to my original nail salon.
I don’t often write bad reviews as every business needs help during this pandemic but this has to be the worst nail place I’ve ever been. Both my mother and I have been multiple times and have tried to give a them a chance but they caused cuts on my cuticles in manicures and she ripped the skin off the skin under my eyebrows. Once I walked to get my eyebrows done and I saw her sneeze multiple times in her hands. I waited to see if she would wash her hands or at least put some sanitizer on, she didnt. When I asked her to, she gave me attitude and stayed on the phone the whole time. I’m never going back again and they need to learn better service .
I have been here many times. They are polite, do a good job, have TV on and the radio. They can speak enough English to hold a small conversation. I am always pleased! It's not a luxurious location but you're also not being priced gouged for that beautiful flowing waterfall on the wall. My $20 pedicure from here looks the exact same as my $60 pedicure from somewhere else.
