Brooke was less than interested in helping us. Walked in, no greeting as she scrolled on her phone. Needed help engraving a pet tag and she put it in backwards and didn't help when I asked what to do next because again, she was scrolling on her phone.
Nice clean store though.
They hosted a pet adoption event for Pets Return Home. Great store with excellent quality products and Grooming services. Owned by Tractor Supply too.

This place is pretty amazing. The staff is awesome and so very pet friendly. There's also a opportunity on Sundays to get your pets caught up with vacations. Pretty amazing store if you ask me.
3 years ago I gave this place an excellent review. I used get my dog groomed before he died and would still get pellets for my parrot here. I stopped in today wanting to purchase a small carrier for the parrot. It rang up at the wrong price. I asked the girl why so high and she said tax. I asked her to show me and I can see it's rung up at the wrong price. I told her the total is wrong. She says she'll check with her manager and comes back telling me manager says it's tax. I said no it's not tax, it has rung up incorrectly - look at the price tag. And she says well this is the price you have to pay because that's the total the machine says. Again I ask her to look at the price that the product has rung up at and tell her I want the price that it is marked which it is also marked on the shelf where I got it. She tells me no I have to pay this price. I said go get your manager. So she goes gets her manager and the manager asked what the problem and I said this girl can't do math and the manager tells me I'm being rude. Excuse me? Other customers were watching while I tried to explain to this girl that 39 + 4 does not equal $49. I'm done. Easy enough to order what I need from Amazon. I was so upset with how I was treated by the store manager Brooke, I came back later to return the item - only to be greeted with the sneering employee who never did apologize. And the bonus is, going to Amazon afterwards to repurchase the carrier, I found a 40% savings. Since this store doesn't care to have your business, save your money.

This store always has what we need. Very friendly service from I think her name is Shannon who works the front counter. She always remembers our dog and gives him a lot of attention. She helps find what would work best for him. Thank you for being so helpful and kind. From Rosco and family
