I think some of the negative reviews on here are only because their parents didn’t teach them any manners or you can’t always get what you want. I’ve been coming here since they pretty much open and I have had their best and even their worst but never had the need to express my emotions on a review. However I do need you all to see how these negative reviews effect one of the cleanest and best salons around. They will stay open late just to accommodate your schedule.. and since I come from Chicago that means a lot! They have always provided the best of the best services. Today I had one of my favorites, Katrina! Pictures don’t do justice but these are original and just thought of. Be creative with what you want and if you tell them they will do the job. Next I will have my other favorite which is Emily! Johnny and Jenny really care about you. Tee, Paul, Lena and Tommy all have what it takes to give you the service you want. If you don’t like it, they will fix it. You just have to ask is all.
Great nail spot. I usually get dip manicures and they last for 3 weeks. Friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Terrific pedicures too.
I highly recommend Hannah! She provides great services and is always up for trying new colors. She takes her time to ensure the perfect shape and nail color.
Organic nails always does a fabulous job! I have been coming here for years. I highly recommend Johnathan for pedicures and manicures…he goes above and beyond to make sure your nails look great and that you enjoy your experience! And all staff I have had have been great. Highly recommend!
I’ve been coming here for quite a bit. I call and make an appointment each time and they still have me wait 10+ minutes every time, so I’m not sure why they take appointments over the phone. The last 4 or 5 times I have gotten my nails done they rush though as fast as possible. Sadly, I will not be returning!

My hands may not be the most photogenic but my nails always look AMAZING leaving this salon! All of these photos are my own real nails and a dip powder polish. They were all done by Phillip; she is so skilled and sweet! Emily also creates stunning dip nails. Make an appointment in advance to guarantee no wait time. Love the entire environment and crew that works here!
4 stars because it's one of the few places around which does dipped manicure. The manicure itself deserves 5 stars. It lasts 4 weeks (if you don't care about growth). It's done with such precision and it's definitely the best work I've seen. I recently went on vacation overseas and my manicure lasted the entire month! I've come to a point in my life where I care more about the quality of manicure and pedicure versus the experience at the place. If I'm gonna to arrange for child care, take time out of my schedule, and pay top dollar to get my nails done I wanna make sure that they last. I've been to many places where they treat you wonderfully and it's a spa like environment and then 2 days later your no-chip manicure chips. Then what? Sure, they guarantee that they will last 2 weeks but who has time to go back in and fix them?
I deducted one star because the owner sometimes gets very loud with his employees. For example, a girl could be doing my nails then he would come over and demand that she leaves me and goes to another customer. That, when paying a lot of money, is not acceptable. I understand that this could be a high pressure job, but never should you yell at your employees in front of customers.
Bottom line: if you just look at the dipped manicure and you don't really mind about what's going on around you it's a 5 star place. It's VERY clean, technicians are overall happy and pleasant (never have I felt that they are taking about me amongst themselves in a different language). Overall experience, guess I've had better but this is currently my go to salon.
