The folks at Bamboo Garden are very nice and do a GREAT job. My husband's feet are very sensitive, and the tech was extra careful! So appreciated!!
Living here over 15 years, I have tried almost every nail salon in St. Augustine and this is by far the best! I've been a customer for over a year and John does the best SNS Manicure I've ever had. He can do anything from french nails to awesome colors and designs. The nails hold up great for weeks and are a very reasonable price compared to other salons.
The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. I can make an appointment easily which is super convenient! My Mom loves getting pedicures with Lisa. She is friendly and does a great job with very relaxing massage. Whether you're from out of town or live here year round, this spot is definitely worth a try.
I tried to get a pedicure but they said “no pedicure”. My husband asked “Can we ever get pedicures?” The man said “no”
So just letting everyone know that even though they have pedicures listed on their services, they do not do pedicures.
So nice and different than other (non communicative) salons! They chat with you and make you so comfortable. The only thing that was not great is they don't have the AC cool at all. I was uncomfortably too warm. Yes, it was in August too. But once I got my feet out of the warm water, I was ok. I am definitely going back! I've been going to the same nail salon since 2016. It was time for a change! I'm please with my choice! Thanks!
Best pedicure ever!! …. Winnie is a master of her arts. I feel so thrilled to have finally found a salon, with such great service and hand-skills.
I just had a wonderfully relaxing deluxe pedicure at Bamboo Garden. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. There are many choices of colors of regular or gel polishes. The pedicure felt so good and the place felt very clean too. Prices are very fair and reasonable.
Was visiting from out of town, saw this Salon had good reviews (I’m not sure why though) and decided to give it a try. Went in one evening to book an appointment- she asked for my phone number and after I gave the area code she said “ok, I have your name and number” I replied with I haven’t given you my full name or my full number yet so how do you have enough evidence for me to book an appointment? She was apparently satisfied with the information she took from me and told me my manicure appointment was at 11am the following day.
I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment and was told to sit in chair 4, which I did. All employees were busy doing other clients nails. So needless to say running late. I waited over 20 minutes with no one speaking to me or confirming that they would be with me shortly. I watched as two employees finished with clients and did not attempt to get my appointment started.
I ended up walking out with no service. Do not want to support businesses that conduct business in that way. I’m confused by all the good reviews about them. Not professional, and no point in making an appointment, because they clearly have no intention of keeping it!
Stay away. They do not value customers appointment times. My last visit, which will be my LAST time going there, she told me to come in at 12. She didn't get to me until ¹1 one.The time before that she took 2 walkins that walked in right in front of me. Then put my feet in hot water and left me for 45 minutes.
The pedicure was ok. Nothing special. Not worth 45 minutes extra of my time.
Make an appointment with Petite nails just over the bridge by Dunkin. You will be happy.
