Job is the best barber I’ve been to in the Dayton area, and I’ve gone to many. It was a fantastic experience and he is a great conversationalist if you’re looking for a conversation while getting your cut. If you’re wanting peace and quiet, he doesn’t force conversation either, so either way you’re in great hands. It is the best cut and shave I’ve ever had. His fade skills are absurdly good. My hair is notoriously hard to work with because of many cowlicks and the texture, and he’s the first barber to have been able to get my hair to listen and do what he wanted perfectly. If you’re wanting a transformational cut, I can’t overstate Job’s skill, professionalism, and pleasant personality.

My son and I got our haircuts there and he being a little guy (8) J Soul did due diligence. He was gentle, direct, and did justice to a great fade. My wife has been crushing on my son????. A mother’s love????. As one bald head guy to another he did a great shave, and happy to report no irritation after a week. He also took time to give some great grooming tips too. We’ll both be back! I highly recommend him to all my Military Brothers and Sisters.

My experience was so relieving, the stress from a day of hard work will literally melt away from when you’re in J’s care. I would recommend this to absolutely anyone.

My son just got his hair cut by J soul, and his mother and I are very pleased with his cutting skills! We have been let down by so many barbers in the past to where I just gave up and started cutting it myself! Now I'm no barber by a long shot. But, sometimes you just have to do what you have to do to get by. This place was by far the best I've gone to and would like to send a shout out to him and his professionalism. The establishment was very clean and the other staff had me cracking up with laughter, and was very professional as well. If anyone needs a great cut this is the place to be! He only does them by appointments so make sure you call in. I was not paid or told to leave this elaborate comment, I just give props where props need to be and they definitely have my props and I'll definitely be back soon. This guy does a phenomenal job on a 0-3 skin fade from bottom up and a great trim off the top. He also finished up with a killer line up. Im very greatful he was willing to do the haircut on such a short notice because he was in the process of change a store location. He's worth your time to give him your service.

This was my first barber shop experience, only in town for two days and wanted to look good for my wedding ceremony in a few days. Absolutely crushed it, couldn't be happier. I highly recommend going here! I just wish i lived in the area so i could return for all my future cuts and shaves.
