DO NOT recommend to anyone in town for work. Room was pretty raggedy. And the service was just the same. Not once did my room get cleaned. Towels got replaced sure but it was eerie enough i brought all my valuables to work with me. Only redeeming factor was the restaraunt a few steps from the hotel, which was a nice getaway from the horror hotel. .
While the room seemed a bit dated, it was clean and the bed comfortable. Can't beat it for the price as long as you're not expecting a 5-star stay.
The check-in person (Diane, I think) was very friendly and welcoming.
I have zero problems giving this location 5 Stars. The price was right, and it was conveniently located in downtown Harrisburg. There's a Mexican Restaurant onsite and a PHO restaurant across the street.
The room was clean and well-equipped with a coffee machine, as well as a small refrigerator. Visible parking lot, and the breakfast waffle was good! The coffee isn't bad, either! I'll be back when the XL Live has another good show.
"Value for money" comes to mind.
This hotel is not a high class hotel, but it offers clean rooms, friendly service, and a great convenient location.
We just arrived today, so stay tuned for updates!
If you just want a bed to sleep in this your place on the cheap. TV won't change channels, no cord on the phone to call the desk. The desk clerk came back to my room to get the TV on after I walked to the lobby. Got it on but could only get one infomercial channel after he left. I said screw and wasn't going to walk back to the lobby in the cold. Wall heater is very loud even on low speed. The room is clean
It's a nice motel. The front desk receptionist Sammy was very helpful. He upgraded our room. Breakfast was ok. The location is very convenient. A Variety Of restaurants and grocery stores are within a mile. Wish they have laundry on site. Price was low, love our stay.
I'm a travel nurse and stayed here for my 13 week assignment. It is dated, but clean and had all the necessities you need. Couldn't beat the price either. I got a travel nurse discount and paid $55/night plus tax. One room even had a full size fridge. All in all you definitely get what you pay for. Breakfast was good although I usually had to leave for work before it started. Wish it started at 6a instead of 630a so I could have grabbed something before work. All in all I'd stay here again for the price.
Such a cute hotel. It doesn't look that friendly from the outside, but the room was cute and clean. Nothing was plugged in but the TV and refrigerator, but we didn't need a phone or clock anyway. The front desk staff at night and in the morning, a mother and son, were great fun to talk to and get to know when we arrived. They were welcoming and non judgmental. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
