Room needs work ac very loud no microwave to heat up anything and no coffee. Was told there's microwave in office. Bottom of tub could use good bleaching bed was comfortable but my child has itchy bite marks on her legs and arms. If they could paint and clean room real good it would be better and take care of whatever was biting my child's body taken care of because it's nice enough location. Front desk guy that checked us in was friendly. But they really should put small microwave in the rooms.
I will never stay here again. We arrived a day early so I put the first nights stay in my name. The rest was under my boyfriends name, but we had the same room. The first night I had to call front desk because there was literal garbage in the bed. The front desk person asked if I could wait until tomorrow for it to be cleaned. Obviously not! It’s only a global pandemic and you want me to sleep in a trash filled bed. So, I checked out and my boyfriend checked in. Room should be clean right? Imagine my surprise at seeing a blanket with the same exact burn holes in it as before. That’s right they don’t even change blankets/sheets between guests. I hope I don’t end up with bed bugs from this awful place.
not the cleanest place in the world, but definitely not the dirtiest either. there were many downsides, wall damage, bad blankets, bad quality toilet paper, but ultimately you get what you pay for. it's not too terrible of a place to spend a few nights in, though just in case we did keep our luggage off the floor.
Needed two nights but they said I could only do one. So after I got in my room I booked online for the second night. Paid in the morning for second night but at 11 I still had to leave the room till 3pm. I have no vehicle and am disabled. I have to sit here in the streets for four hours. Not to mention. You have to hold the handle on the toilet to flush and the walls are cooking. So here I am trying to figure out how I am going to sleep on these concrete steps out here for the next 4 hours. Would not recommend to anyone
Staff tried to charge us twice saying they don't book through expedia, though the cost was already removed from the account. When we asked them they handed us a receipt and just said "sign this" for a second charge. They wanted us to pay almost $700 total for a 2 night stay in a hotel made of garbage. Stay away at all costs.
This place is horrible. First told me $135. for a night on the phone I show up day of and they jack it up to $155. Even though online it said $109 as well as the chart on the back of the door. The carpet was not secure to the floor, the walls had holes in them, the vent in the bathroom had an inch of dirt on it, some of the lights in the room did not work. Also there was freshly chewed gum on the floor. I am happy I brought my own sheets and blankets for fear of bed bugs. DO NOT STAY HERE.
My room was very clean and no bed bugs. I don't know what people are talking about. The staff was very courteous and went out of their way to wish me a Happy Birthday the next day.
After my grandfather passed I had to stay here for a week because I had no where else to go. I left very sentimental items that belonged to him in my room and left for a few hours. When returning a few random items were gone and my bags were clearly gone through. They were mainly toys and little trinkets and costume jewelry from my childhood but I will never be able to look or hold these items again and think of the time I was given them by him. I hope your staff that stole my items know how low of a move that was.
