VERY NASTY ATTITUDE!
Yesterday 1/15/23 I called, and they told me they would be opened for business at 9:30 Monday morning. I was there at 9: 27, and they arrived at 9:36. Four people came out of the vehicle, only one greeted me. When I got inside, I commented about their attitude. The woman at the front aggressively told me that the person who greeted me would be the one to serve me, then they started talking in their language. The place was FILTHY!!! The garbage bin was overflowing, paper all over the floor....I stood there while they "cleaned", thinking to myself 'this should've been done yesterday, so the customer doesn't have to wait'. At 9:55 I started to say, since they told me they opened at 9:30 that's why I was there early. I was about to say if they'd told me 10, I would've come later. Barely had I started speaking when one of them rudely told me "DON'T SPEAK", which I interpret "SHUT UP". This she repeated twice. At this point I just grabbed my bag and waltzed out of there. NEVER again will I EVER even look in that direction. It's either Norwalk or the Bronx for me.
First time here and it was a bad experience. The foot attendant did not scrub my foot enough so their was still dead skin. Then proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay $10 for a callous treatment. What? Just use the scrubber and do your job!! The person in charge was just as useless when I voiced my concern. They looked at me like I was crazy. I didn't appreciate that they were also talking about me in their language. I may not know the language but I could tell that they were saying comments about me. Not good for business. I will never go here again!!!!
By far one of the worst nails salons I’ve ever stepped foot in. To begin, their greeting was absolutely the worst. They kept taking people before me which was very rude. I ended up leaving; Customer service sucks here. I believe you guys need to get more familiar with BLM, BLACK LIVES MATTER! I felt like I was excluded due to the color of my skin. I did not tip , in which they didn’t even deserve full payment. My 4 year old paints toes better then what they did. I donot recommend coming here!!!!
don’t even waste your time . I came here thinking my nails were going to look nice and like the picture I showed but it’s the complete opposite . This set was $55 MIND YOU THIS IS A REFILL NOT EVEN A FULL SET . never coming back here again .
May is the best lady there!! She does your nails really nice and is very kind I definitely would go again!! She does your nails quick as-well and has extreme talent!!
Worst salon ever they make up their own prices and hound you for tips before you can even open your mouth and say here you go. I recommend going to everlasting they are way better I will never come to this salon again
First time visiting and May did an amazing job and was very quick and efficient. Will be going back.
I called at 5, she told me come at 5:30. I did, they had me waiting until 6:30 & still never started + I had a dinner to attend tonight & no other nail salons were open. I had to leave WITHOUT getting my feet done after waiting for over an hour. I will never come here agai.
