I have had my hair cut here for the past 18 + years.I can honestly say I cannot agree with the negative comments I have read.This is in my opinion the best barbers in Dunstable.
Just needed a 10 min beard trim. Open till 4 and was there 3.45. Told impolitey they closed. No other customers . Went up the road got the full works at the turkish. £14. Guess where I go next time!
Went there this morning ( 11 dec 2021) for a hair cut. The man was so incredibly rude and kicked me out of chair because "I wasn't keeping my head steady". This is when he did not warn me even once that my head wasn't still. I asked him to speak politely and not be rude and in response he left my haircut halfway through and ordered me to leave his shop immediately. It was so humiliatiating to have experienced this behaviour from a barber. I am an adult and have had thousands of hair cuts from various places and no one has ever behaved in the manner he did. I had to go to another barber to get my hair cut which this man left halfway through.
Highly unprofessional. Incredibly rude.

The man says "I sat in his chair and demanded how I wanted my hair cut". What else is a customer supposed to do when at a Barber shop ? He also says that whole haircut I was moving my head, not keeping still. This man had no courtesy to tell me that my head wasn't still. Why would anyone move their head intentionally when sitting in a Barber Chair? He just blew up without giving me any warning and as soon as I asked him to talk to me politely, he just lost it and ordered me to leave his shop. Now he even has the audacity to justify his act !!
Homophones owner refused a haircut (I had short hair bare in mind) only because I look female even though I wear a man's cut. I just wanted sides and back shaved he told me to go to the hairdressers down the road. Incredibly rude and disrespectful.

Had cut by female, sat towards back of shop. How could you go wrong on a grade one?
Strands of hair sticking up and caught my forehead with hair trimmer...
My son picked this barbers when we moved here and he loves going here for a hair cut. Always nice and friendly and do a good job(even though my son fidgets a lot!)
